Nailz Haus - The Rail Mall

Develop nail problems after doing and removing gel polish from the same salon. Now my nail is so ugly and when grow white stuff and black marks.

Did not have a good experience with this nail salon. Firstly, there was hard selling of packages during my first visit although I declined them multiple times. Then, I was given an invoice saying I could return for soak off within 28 days from visit. Returned to the shop for soak off and was rejected because staff said that no reservation was made. Staff said that it’s written in the T&C, but no where on the invoice’s T&C said that reservation has to be made. Felt that staff could have been more flexible. Wasted trip. Never going back again.

Love all the manicurist services at the rail mall outlet. They are all very nice and professional. Environment are very clean and relaxing too. Did gelish manicure 3weeks ago with them, and 3weeks later it is still looking great and fabulous. Highly recommend to everyone out there who have not tried their services. Well done!

I did classic mani pedi & my experience was great, the 2 ladies who did my nails were professional & really friendly. Really pleased with my nails & the service.

Lovely place. Nice ambience and very friendly staff who are really efficient! Had an express mani and pedi done within the hour. Really hygienic too, all tools are disinfected properly.

Tynn, who did my nails today was so nice and we rly hit it off when talking!! She was so hospitable & the environment is nice and quiet. The staff there are nice. Tynn was also gentle with my hands and given that it was my first time doing a mani, she was patient and helpful - when asked how long will my nails last with gelish. Told me the difference between Express and Classic Gelish and more! Helped me to choose a colour I prefer and applied the chosen colours on my nails before real application. I would go back again!

Unethical practices that short changes customers. I went there on Thu 31 Mar at 11.15am with my wife who is physically challenged and unable to speak. They painted only 1 coat of the nail polish and sent her out within 30minutes after highlighting that it takes 2 to 3 hours to dry. When I confronted the staff for the shoddy work, the manager Tin had the cheek to say that her acceptability is a single coat of paint. How can a manager deviate from Nailz House standard and claim that her substandard should be acceptable to/for all the customers. How can they even let the customer go without the nail polish drying up to a decent acceptable level? Truly disappointed that the staff who attended to her could take advantage of my wife's inability to speak and 'discharged' her with incomplete service. Not worth the $50+ that was spent. A parlour that is never to be recommended. Nailz Haus needs to look into its staff ethics and integrity so that they can be respected in a service oriented industry.

went to redeem my fave deal today and both staff that served were rly friendly and nice! kept checking with me to ensure I was in no pain during the cuticle cleaning process (0 pain). were super patient with me as I took a while to choose the colours and they even let me try out the colour on one of my nails. no hard selling at all, v good experience overall would definitely recommend :-)
