★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After they rebranded to Dou, I have experienced receiving wrong orders on 3 separate occasions. Previously the staff would use colored clips to mark what your order was. ZERO wrong orders. Unfortunately this is no longer the practice and the new staff, the one taking the orders isn’t a good listener. Before I could even mention what soup I want he turned away from me and starts cooking. WRONG! I hope he can improve his listening skills or bring back the new old staff!
