Went there several times, every single time my hair was cut terribly, even the cashier asked who cut it.

Went for a wash and blow with haircut. Was served by hairstylist Daniel and the overall service deserves a 5 star rating. Do note to call for appointment before heading down as I saw that the salon is always busy.

I am very happy to have my rebonding and root colour retouch done at E.Layer by May about 3 weeks ago. May is very friendly and patient. She knows her work well and did a very good job. Also appreciate the boss, Vivian, for arranging the right hair treatment for me. She is very responsive when I text her for queries and appointment. So glad to have found the right place to have my hair done in future.

Came here on two occasions for a simple haircut. On the first occasion, I was rejected because the saloon was helping several customers do hair dyeing and treatment and won't be available for the next few hours. Understandable. They would not allow me to make a reservation to cut my hair at a later time. Also understandable since it was for a simple haircut. On the second occasion that I approached the saloon, the shop was practically full house. There were several people waiting outside the saloon. I went in to ask how long the wait was, but was not given an answer to that question. Instead, the lady inside basically said to take a look at the number of waiting customers outside. There was no visible queuing system since everyone outside were just randomly sitting or standing about, so I left. They may be really good hairdressers - I wouldn't know. Maybe some day, I'll be lucky and catch them on a day where they have capacity.

I'm a regular customer there and every time I was serviced by different people, I'm very happy with their services! As of 15 December, went back few days ago and I'm still very happy with their services and quality hairstyle that was provided.

Went for a rebonding & treatment services, was served by Jack. A very friendly, gentle and nice guy. Despite my long and thick volume of hair, he patiently do it. I was awed with his service that he is so detailed and make sure it's done properly. I don't mind paying additional for better treatmen because of his great service. Decided to finally sign up as member & no regret. Two thumbs up for Jack for the excellent service. When you do with passion, the outcome is wonderful! ????
