Ezen Nail Express - 693 Woodlands Ave 6

I was, to my utter shock, rudely told off by one of the staff, Sita, when I visited EZEN Hair, Nail & Beauty for a 2.30pm nail appointment that was made a day earlier, via the official website of Ezen Hair and Nail & Beauty place (Admiralty branch).I contacted your shop a couple of times at 10am on Sunday, 7March, as per your opening hours stated in your website, to make an appointment. But no one picked up the call.That was when I saw your online booking in the website. I tried to book an appointment on Sunday but there were no slots available. According to the next available slot, I booked for a 2.30pm apt on Monday, 8 March. However when I went to the outlet at 2.30pm, I was rudely told off by Sita that they don't entertain bookings made online. She seemed agitated and raised her voice in front of two other customers who were there. She said that she had told me before which I clearly do not recall. I was appalled at her behaviour and it was very embarrassing to be told off rudely when I had followed the protocol as per your official website. Firstly, may I know why does your website have a booking option when your staff do not accept the bookings done via the website? Secondly, why is your staff not educated about professionalism when dealing with customers? Is talking rudely the way your staff has been told to be when a customer patronise your outlet? I would truly appreciate if the person-in-charge of this company provide a proper answer to this and address the matter at hand. Lastly, I would like to alert the people who wish to patronise this place. Do keep in mind two things that was made clear to me by their staff. 1. They don't take the apt thru their official website eventhough it is there. 2. Be ready to meet their rude staff.

Thru the phone mention $5 for removal of eyelash extension. After complete, collect $15. I wouldnt have patronize for $15 just for removal as I always go for eyelash extension. Should have went to the another eyeliner embroidery place where they only charge $5!! Latest update: Staff have called and sincerely apologized for the honest mistake made, demonstrating truly guilty over the incident. Hope such case will not happen again.

I signed a eyebrow package in Jan 2019 and stop in Jan 2020 since the lady went back Myanmar for maternity. After the circuit breaker, they dont even bother to contact customer. Last week I visited and call this week, they just tell me will call me back since I cant remember my card number. But nobody even bother to help me retrieve. Finally I remember and call them, they told me expired with 6 unused in 2 days ago. How frustrated and dismay with this type of unprofessional handling and still dare to ask me to sign another package so that they will re-open my remaining. Who would want to do so, with this type of saloon.

Good place for manicure, pedicure and facials. Buying a package for the services is cheaper than per walk in basis. Better to call for appointment before going. Near to Admiralty mrt and a bus stop right in front.

Extremely disappointed! I have an appointment at 7.30pm,but waited until 8pm and when I informed the staff (Li Li) that I have an appointment at 8.55pm, she told me there is enough time to do my treatment. Unfortunately the treatment did not complete, but then I have to leave. She give me a lot of excuses, and said it is not her fault and put the blame on the person who accepted this appointment. This staff is Irresponsible and unprofessional. So ridiculous!!

I took a package there,and bought a few items of nail care,then I went for my 3rd appointment, a Vietnamese staff did for,said something about my feet,and put a pill in the basin,and at the end of the session, showed me a 225 dollar bill,claiming that I agreed for another extra detox package which I really didn't. Her English was not clear for me to understand and it was a shock. Its really not good when everytime we visit your place you push us with something, really boy good,.Will never will extend my package here again. Very terrified whenever after session, the staff will come to you with an extra bill.

Very friendly and nice staffs, have been patronising this outlet many times already. I also bring my mum here to do her nails and callus.
