I thought it was irreparable or that any attempts to do so would look patchy and obvious, that the leather would look drastically different. Dr Bags put up a good case and convinced me to try out their services. I am glad I did- the restored bag looks as good as new, and has now been given a new lease of life.

I was looking to shorten my bag strap and have sent a couple of queries out but Dr.Bags was the one that replied promptly and was so informative. After I have selected to go with Dr Bags, I went to the J8 branch to get it sorted, however as the way I wanted the bag to be shorten was not the conventional and recommended way, Dr.Bags made sure they checked in properly with me again before making any changes. The HQ staff - Esther was also very very patient with my queries. I was a bit worried of how the bag strap will look as the professionals said it may not look that good after the adjustments I wanted. But when I received the strap, it looks perfect and I am so thankful for it. Worth the $$ and great service!

As the bag was really overused, the strap was broken, the bag was discolored and the corners of the bag being scratched off. However, under the magical care of Dr Bags, awaiting for its return after 3 months, it came back as though it was completely BRAND NEW!! Really love their prompt service and sincerity when you share with them your concerns to bring your bag back to life!! ? I’ll definitely not hesitate to bring my other bags for fixing in future.
