The service is fabulous - Alicia is a fabulous manager and a true professional. High end product and service - trustworthy advice and perfect service. Genuinely recommend.

Friendly & confident staff. But their cleaning style isn’t for me. Suit dry cleaning are air blown & no pressed. Our light coloured suit ended up having air bubbles, in which they insisted was due to the quality of the make. We ended up taking it to the traditional dry cleaners and didn’t have a problem with it

Jeeves has been extremely reliable in doing my dry cleaning for some time now. I’ve entrusted our wedding suits and gowns to them, and they’ve managed to dry clean them within a matter of days with no problems whatsoever. They gave me really good advice on how to upkeep my suits and even go the extra mile in helping to sew missing buttons for pants, blazers etc. They’re in a really convenient location, so it is easy for me to pop by while running errands

There is a difference when it comes to Jeeves, and I had never had to worry about my items being damaged. Over the years, this has not been the case with merchants around the country. Most importantly, Jeeves@East Coast is represented by a excellent representative (Alicia). Her work instills in a big part my confidence in their service. Last but not least, one would expect their prices to be high but this is not the case, and they are what you expect to pay mostly anywhere else.

Have been to Jeeves 4-5 times before and always were greeted with a friendly smile, professional service and a job well done. Today was an extremely unpleasant situation at this particular outlet with the staff Alicia. I am thankful for the access to private parking by calling in advance to open up the gates. Unfortunately I missed a turn and was unable to stop at the gantry. I gave the store another call, and if the phones were recorded, would have heard my first apology to the staff, and the gates were opened when I reached the gantry. Upon reaching, Alicia voiced her frustration upon my arrival with other customers who may have made similar mistake. I listened and empathised with her, even mentioning that I understand it is frustrating especially so if she was busy or having a bad day, offering a second apology and wanted to get down to business. However, Alicia refused to talk work and I do not believe a third apology would have stopped her incessant cornering regarding this matter. I requested immediately for her to just release the carpark gantry as I stormed off. Alicia had the galls to follow me to the carpark and even tried to stop me from leaving and opening my car door trying to reason with me when all I did was trying to leave upon such dismal treatment of her customer citing that I would be back another day as I used to deal with another staff at this outlet. It went from dismal to horror as I was kept pressured in my own car. Sadly I would likely visit another outlet instead of this from this incident on.
