The receptionist and staff at this clinic are awesome as well as they helped to address my queries with much patience and respect even though it was during a busy period.
M	M N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Dharshini is great and I love how friendly she is. However I really cannot stand the receptionist who was not welcoming and cold. On my first visit, I forgot to pre register and when I was filling out my form, my husband told me to sit. The receptionist told me to fill up the form first before sitting. There was no one else in the clinic. We let this slide. Second issue is insurance. My husband and I both have international insurance and I am covered for maternity. ✨Friendly receptionist ✨ checked and said cannot claim. I checked with my company and the claim went through. I sent an email to ask if there is a package options as some private hospitals do.✨Friendly receptionist ✨ replied with a one liner saying no package and no further information about delivery, room rates etc etc. It's so sad that Dr Dharsh is keeping her employed at the cost of her reputation and business. Patients see and interact with receptionist as much as the doctor so this place is not for us. All the best.

Dr Dharshini is very understanding and patient as my mom's english is not very fluent but she definitely enjoyed her experience and conversation with Dr Dharsh! Both the Dr and staff answered all our enquiries in details and gave good sugestions to help us. They are highly professional and I like how the staff are patient and polite in handling situations. I could see that they were really busy but one of the nurses actually took the time to walk my mum to the room and assisted her in translating during the consultation and another staff without asking took a cup of water for my mum. They definitely gave their upmost best to give everyone a pleasant experience! Thank you for everything!!

Dr Darsh is such a positive person; if you’re feeling nervous or a little down on the maternity rollercoaster then 5 seconds after walking into her office all those feelings disappear to be replaced by calm. The safety of mother and baby is always paramount and we had great confidence in Dr Darsh’s skills and her empathy. Her team also work tirelessly behind the scenes to support you on your journey and make you feel welcome. Choosing a gynaecologist is one of the toughest decisions to make but we wouldn’t change a thing and are delighted with the outcome and our miracle boy!

As new parents-to-be, we were clueless. But after the first consultation with her, we knew she would be the one to deliver our little one♡ Dr.Dharshini was ever so patient & cheery through the consultations. She was professional and armed with bundles of experience which she shares readily each time. Even when I was in labour, I was faced with some complications but her positive energy as well as skills brought so much comfort to us. Grateful & thankful to have met her! Aside from Dr.Dharshini, we can't leave out commending the 3 awesome assistants/ladies at the forefront! They are professional yet friendly, they do their best to make everyone comfortable - even showing so much grace/patience when faced with unexpected situations. Ever thankful to Dr.Dharshini AND the team, throughout my entire pregnancy and even postpartum!

The receptionist/ nurses in the clinic were polite and helpful too - I did not experience any negativity from them unlike the other reviews.

Despite complications during the birth of my daughter she remained calm, confident and positive throughout the delivery and through my recovery. She went above and beyond in making sure I was mentally and physically taken care of. Her team, Hazel, Elsa and Ange, are equally caring and supportive, making every visit pleasant.
