My experience with Dr. Fong convinced me in his inadequacy to deal with not only mine but other cases as well. He was fully aware that I had a laparoscopic surgery to excise my stage 4 endometriosis. He begun me on ivf injections at a generic dose without even cross checking my AMH (egg count). On the 8th day and $5,000 later he realises my eggs are not growing and says it’s cause my egg count is low and I would need a higher dose. He continued to stimulate me till day 13 and then tells me the cycle is wasted cause of my low AMH. Subsequently I have had multiple cycles elsewhere and realised the first question they asked was AMH in order to ensure they give an appropriate dose. I spent thousands of dollars, time and drained emotions to realise that this doctor does not do a thorough job. Hence, I would not recommend him to anyone else. I’ve had an extremely bad one that tells you this doctor didn’t bother to check my AMH before dosing me. Yes, experiences are subjective but medical negligence is factual. When someone goes for IVF the first time they are scared and trust the doctor blindly. Cause this is an emotional and financially straining journey. Hence we expect the doctors to do the best possible job. Dr Fong was a total disappointment.

Dr Fong covers all grounds and is very professional. Waiting time is reasonable and his team of girls are welcoming with empathy.

Started seeing Dr Fong in 2018 after seeing 2 doctors. In Aug 2018, Dr Fong did a D&C for me, and in Jan 2019 I did my IUI. My first attempt on IUI and I was pregnant!! 2 years later I wanted a second child, tried 3 IUIs in 2021 and all failed. Started with IVF in 2022 and waiting. Dr Fong has been the most patient and cautious dr i have seen. He is my go to gynae when my family and friends need help. ???????? the nurses are also very assuring & helpful. Eileen, Genie & team are the best!! ????

Dr Fong delivered my first boy 2 years ago and I’m also seeing him now for my second child. He’s an awesome gynae who doesn’t pressure you to do things that are unnecessary. I’ve heard lots of horror stories about gynae trying to convince patients to go for csect, Dr Fong is definitely not one unless he thinks it’s required. He will try his best to go with my preferences vs something that benefit him more. He’s also super practical, always sharing his pov on things that he thinks are a waste of money unless we really want to go ahead. Even when that means he will profit less. Dr Fong makes every appointment enjoyable but is super serious when he entered the delivery suite. What more, he also has a great team at his clinic.
