β β β β β Dr Khoo was totally unprepared for the surgery he did for me. My very first ultrasound was only done 30 mins prior to the surgery. He did not realise my cervix was curved and inserted the IUD only halfway. He only realised his mistake during the follow-up appt, he was extremely defensive and arrogant and said it's not his fault he didn't know my cervix is not a "textbook cervix". I was bleeding and in so much pain those 2 weeks. Very traumatising experience. This could have been avoided had he done his due dilligence. His counter staff are all equally rude. During the appt, he spent 80% of the time talking about how successful he is in this field, instead of my condition. What a joke. I changed gynae and he is a 100 times better!

β β β β β Dr. Khoo is very friendly but I always have to wait 1 hour after making my appointment to see him, which makes it very very frustrating and disappointing. They should know how long one session would take and reasonably book in appointments. S

β β β β β Been with Dr Khoo since 2014 til now.. Do expect longer waiting time even if you have an appointment.
In the meantime you could hangout at MENH Starbucks or walk around the malls nearby (maybe can get his staff to call you before your turn) so you could go back to his clinic.
Dr Khoo will have delivery of babies in between his appointments since he is famous with mummies too thus the longer waiting time.
His clinic has some entertainment on TV & snacks plus cold/hot drinks. Free wi-fi is available.
Overall he is a very nice, fast and informative doctor & an accomodating one too. I have his number in case something comes up that I have to enquire him.
