I have been suffering from ingrown toenail for 2 years already. I went to nail salon manicure for treatment. But the outcome was not successful. From bad to worst situation, i felt painful all the time and i can't wear any sport shoes to exercise. To my wonderful delight, i came to Dr. Foot Prodiatry Clinic (Recommended by my orthopaedic specialist). Dr louis are super pofessional and were very eager to lessen any anxiety i had. The treatment procedure was slowly explained to me and took very little time. It was done perfectly 100%. Aftercare was explained to me in a simply way and it has been easy. did a nail avulsion procedure to remove a dead toenail. Doctor was very conscientious and removed the nail with pretty much no pain at all. After which, they also gave a set of serums to ensure nail growth and prevent bacterial infections. And there's also a total of 9 months of follow up to check on it. Overall, super pleasurable and now I have a health toenail again!

It is sheer luck that I came across Dr Louis. My wart on the sole was getting swollen (I had thought it was a corn and left it alone for quite a few months) and was hurting really bad when I found that the clinic was open on a Sunday. Dr Louis was really one of the most attentive, gentle and patient doc I know. He doesn't make you feel that you are just another patient, but takes time to explain the biology of the condition, misconceptions and lays out the treatment options for you. I was surprised to know that it was a wart and that was the reason why it was so stubborn. I took up the needling option which was more expensive but would work quicker. The anesthesia hurt slightly but the procedure didn't. I felt almost no pain after the procedure. The clinic also checked in on me on a regular basis and made me felt really cared for. There were follow up appointments and my condition improved quickly. Dr Louis also gave advice for my husband's fungal nail infection and checked my kids posture during my treatment. His service always goes beyond what is required and expected. I truly recommend this clinic for people who wishes to have a stress free and very comfortable treatment experience. Really glad that my condition was resolved.

I came to know about Dr. Foot and decided to give it a try after the pouring positive reviews I read on Google. I am back to give my seal of approval and confirmation on the knowledgeable and friendly consultant podiatrist , extremely helpful and caring staff, expectational quality service and to top it all off, a tailored treatment plan for me to fix my issue. To put it on the forth ground and manage expectations, outcome of how the treatment will be depends greatly also on patient to execute the advice of the doctor. It is a partnership, at least in my case of managing a nail fungal infection. I went to Dr. Louis in March 2021 for my nail fungus issue when I start to feel a light pain sensation from it. Dr. Louis took time to understand my background , discuss possible causes , answered my doubts before deep diving into the subject matter. This time and effort , top off with his patience allowed him to tailor a 6 months treatment plan for me. I do not feel any discomfort during the treatment and glad to report a healthy pinkish looking toe nail now. During the whole treatment period, I am able to reach out to Dr. Louis anytime if I have any questions or concerns. If Dr. Louis is unable to reply immediately, I am always assured and assisted by his super kind and helpful staff. There is never a time I feel that I am left "unassisted" when I require. My toenail fungal infection was treated and completely healed in 6 months. Dr. Louis is so patient and professional explaining in details about the disease and treatment procedures. He is also very frank and upfront about the costs, there is no hidden costs and the whole package is also very reasonable compared to some other podiatry clinics. The nurses are also very nice and helpful. Not only the main treatment but also the registration, making and rescheduling appointments are also pleasant and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

I first came to this clinic late last year. I accidentally stubbed my toe on a metal pole while exercising. I didn't think much of the experience because I didn't hit the pole with full force. I thought it's just the normal experience of accidentally stubbing my toe on some random furniture from time to time (the one that just goes away after a few moments). However that wasn't the case. Around 2-3 weeks after the incident, I still felt a consistent pain and discomfort (not as severe as the pain I felt upon the impact of my toe on the metal pole but it is noticeable and it impacted my everyday life) on my toe, so I hurriedly searched for a foot doctor online and found Dr. Foot Podiatry Clinic. Waiting that long was definitely a mistake that I made. On my first appointment, it was found that I had internal swelling in my toe (wasn't visible to the naked eye as my toe looked completely normal from the outside), which was causing me pain. The issue with my toe has definitely been distressing for me these past few weeks/months but I am glad to say that I'm near the end of my healing process. I still feel a bit of pain from time to time but it's becoming less frequent now. Based on my experience these past few weeks/months, I can say with confidence that Dr. Louis and the other staff there really care about the patients who set their foot (pun intended ?) in the clinic. He told me that he became a podiatrist because he loved seeing other people be able to walk. This is shown in the fact that he only charged me on my first appointment there and was very understanding when I couldn't pay the whole fee upfront (charged me for the tape, the therapeutic patch, the consultation fee and some eczema products for my hands). On the following check-ups, I wasn't charged a single cent (with the exception that I paid the remaining amount that I didn't pay on the first appointment). Just walked in the clinic to have the condition of my toe checked, free of charge. To the people still reading this review until now, if you're experiencing any pain or discomfort on your foot for around a week already, you should definitely come to this clinic to have it checked so that any issues detected can be treated ASAP. (This also applies to other health problems, not just the feet, by the way.) Don't make the same mistake as I did.

I started my treatment with Dr Louis on February 2022 for my ingrown toenail that had caused me pain for the past year. Dr Louis is very attentive and caring during the consultation. He also was very patient and took his time to explain the whole treatment procedure to me before the treatment started. During the whole procedure, he was very delicate and made sure that I did not feel any discomfort throughout. After the procedure was done, Dr Louis took his time again to clean up and explain what the things I should take note or be cautious about. The clinic also provided me with ample amount of products (foot covers, disinfectant wipes, etc.) to make sure that I can last before the follow-up appointment. During the follow-ups with Dr Foot Podiatry Clinic, everything such as appointment booking was smooth and easy. Dr Louis also made sure that all the medical products were enough for me before the next appointment. During the healing process, as my toe was not fully healed, Dr Louis did not mind having extra follow-ups with me which shows that he cares a lot about his patients. Overall, Dr Louis is a very professional and attentive doctor and he made sure that his patients are well taken care of. Talking to him was comfortable and he remembers things about patients on a personal level. The staff at Dr Foot Clinic are very friendly and attentive too. I absolutely liked Dr Louis very much. He honestly explained everything and gave me knowledge of what is exactly going on with my foot which was having a plantar warts and what treatment should be needed. He’s so careful and gentle while doing the treatment and performed it with no rush. Dr Louis is a great podiatrist, professional and genuinely kind. Beyond that, his talent and dedication make him a doctor i would highly recommend. Truly, your foot is in a good hands. The staffs were also friendly and very welcoming. ?
