★ ★ ★ ★ ★ took about 3 phone calls to get through and throughout the whole experience it was like I was talking to several different people who did not communicate to each other about my problem. The representative they sent was rude, but the repair man was nice and the person who answered my phone also helped a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience. Called 3 times for updates on computer but to no avail. was told that RMA team will update me through a call or email but its been a month. When i call, they kept beating ard the bush and said that my repair part is arriving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time the service was good by another person. Now, there is this chinese aunty coordinator pick up my call when arrange appointment. She is very unprofessional, rude, no basic office and it knowledge. Don't know where they found this lady. Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called in for arrangement recently, what nonsense your admin lady Y****** are seems very rude and unprofessional. No knowledge. I also hear many engineers and intern also complaint it. Previously, the young admin is good service and understanding. Something wrong with your end, i think your department manager must be unaware or sleeping. Please change the admin lady.
