โ โ โ โ โ Quick, fast and friendly service. Had a audible knocking noise from my PC when starting up. Brought it down to the shop and got it sorted out in 5min. Would definitely recommend to anyone with computer issues in the area!

โ โ โ โ โ Left my 8 yr old Sony vaio for Dr. IT to fix. Laptop couldn't start up after installing some software. Staff is very friendly and helpful. He advised me upfront that if the cost is above certain amount, it will not be worth repairing given its a 8 yr old laptop. I proceeded with the replacement of the harddisk and its as good as new again. Recommended my sister to have her laptop fix by them too. Afterall we are only using it for work purposes.

โ โ โ โ โ Thomas is very helpful, experienced and honest in his work. After trouble shoots my laptop motherboard thoroughly and had it working. I collected back and tried for the next 3 days. Unfortunately the same fault came back again due to the original mobo problem and send back to him to check again. He advises it's not worth to replace the mobo and refund the full amount even after spending many hours trying to troubleshoot. I seldom come across such honest and patience staff. Highly recommend his service to anyone who has computer problems.

โ โ โ โ โ I was hoping to get my old MacBook repaired so that I do not have to spend so much to buy a new one. And it has to be a Mac because I do not want to relearn Window. Called up Dr IT and Thomas briefly mentioned that it might not be cost effective but nevertheless I still insisted he took a look at my set. Very patiently he turned on the set, checked and explained that it was not wise to repair as it would be too expensive and he pointed out that it is a 2011 edition. I was impressed by his professionalism, patience and helpful attitude. He even recommended places to get good quality refurbished set which may suit my budget and purpose. Very impressed with the service and professional conduct. Helpful and honest too. Cheers.

โ โ โ โ โ Great and efficient service. Thomas showed patience to help me and give some additional tips to buy a better laptop (if I wanna buy one in future). My laptop was repaired and able to collect faster than my expected date. Friendly and polite staff . Always shows trying to help their customer solve their problem. Although I haven't confirm want to repair or buy a new laptop elsewhere, still trying to compare the repair fees and buy a new laptop price, Thomas allowed me to backup my documents using their monitor. He even told me to take my time , no hurry. It's really out of my expectations for his kind act. It is because usually if we don't pay or use any of seller's service , they won't let us use their monitor and take up their space in the shop to backup our files, sit on their chair comfortably and take our time. Really appreciate his kind act and consideration. It really shows how he cares about customer concern and worry. Finally, after I paid and collected my repaired laptop, he also told me any issue, please feel free to contact them. Great service. Good Job. Keep it up!Thomas

โ โ โ โ โ Professional and fast service, very polite. Appreciate their honesty also in giving good advice when a repair or upgrade may not be necessary, very rare in this competitive business. Price not cheap (if you know how to replace parts yourself and have the time) but good to support local business that's working hard to give top service.
Was going to cut 1star because I was surprised to find that the laptop backing was not put back properly- appreciate fast service but something's no need to rush, but decided you still decided 5.
Still Highly Recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ This pc repair shop is a rare gem! After reading their reviews, I came to Dr.IT to upgrade my 6 yrs old PC.
Thomas is really helpful, he answered all my questions patiently and reassured me! He takes protection of personal data very seriously, even pass me all the hard drives first and come back after both the hardware and software has done installing.
The whole installation and setup is smooth! Ensure everything is in order before handing the pc back to me Price is reasonable too! He provides all upgrade options with explaination letting you to choose. No hardsell at all which I love most!
It's so hard to find realiable and trustworthy pc shop nowadays especially my nasty experience at SIM LIM few years back. So thank god I found this honest and professional pc shop!
