I had a heavy duty hema sword fighting pants which had its zip broken. Went to several tailors to repair but was rejected by all of them. Finally came across OUMI and they accepted the job and was able to fix it in just a day!! Great service and reasonable prices. Owner was friendly and accept all jobs despite the difficulty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tailor. ??

Most unsatisfying and unpleasant service received from UMI Tailor. Sent a trousers for alteration on 3rd of June 2022, reducing waist size and shortening length. Was informed by the staff that it would cost $33 and that it could be collected the following Friday on the 10th of June 2022. Went to collect the pants as told on 10th June and was nonchalantly informed by the staff "Not Ready". Was very upset as they did not call to inform of the delay. Staff then proceeded to tell me to come down again later in the evening at 5pm to collect which it would be ready. Came down at 7pm to collect the pants and to my horror my pants was still not ready. The staff had a very bad attitude and did not even seem to have the slightest bit of remorse for misrepresenting the facts to me. I wasted 2 trips which both could have been saved by a simple phone call. They had already taken down my phone number on the 3rd of June for context. The attitude and the ethics of the staff and the shop as a whole has diminished my impression of this store. I highly recommend anyone thinking of patronizing this store to careful reconsider.

I frequent this tailor for their alteration services. The results are impeccable. I had a pair of jeans with waist 40 inches and got it reduced to 28 inches. The jeans were very well done!!

Excellent, efficient and very accurate tailoring shop. It was my first time but for sure won’t be my last. Cynthia knows her work well and understand the needs of the client. I will be visiting again soon ??

Was searching for an affordable & good alteration service near my place as I’m new to the estate. Sent 6 of my tops for alteration. I have tried other locations but was quoted ridiculous pricing. The pricing here is good and really affordable. And the aunties were very friendly and polite too! I was so afraid that my embroidery tops could not be altered but they made it possible. Will be back to alter more in future! :)

Extremely good service and high quality of stitching. Auntie is very jovial and honest and always recommends what she thinks is best for you and your purpose. Personally feel that the service is very worth it’s price. She can be a bit busy as she is getting quite popular so do give her enough time to get true job done well.
