A comfortable place to stay around.
Open 7 am in the morning to 10 pm. (24hrs only for Giant supermarket)
There is two popular big supermarkets - Giants and Sheng Shong. It is also serves as a home to two food courts that sells various kind of foods from local cuisine, Japanese to western. Compared to the majority of other
heartland locations, Loyang has more food options than most occupants and neighbours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Loyang point to buy high fever medication for sick child. The private pharmacy store within Loyang point ran out of stocks but luckily there are a few Guardian shelves within Giant supermarket that stocked the medications.

- has a variety of shops you would want in a neighbourhood mall, e.g. foodcourt and shops, 7-11, 2 supermarkets, salon, fruit juice seller, etc.
- easily accessible
Cons:
- some areas have water dripping from ceiling
- toilets are a little dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard neighbourhood plaza mall, has the basic amenities & good selection of food choices. There's 2 food courts, both a little pricey (but what isn't since Russia invaded Ukraine), Burger King, McDonald's, Subway, tender fresh & a small handful of smaller eateries. There's also a Sheng Song, Giant, a Mr Diy inside Giant, a hardware shop & a couple bakeries.
Free parking during lunch hours though parking facilities are small & often overwhelmed during busy periods. Parking lots are also pretty narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mall to serve the residents of loyang and pasir ris. Has macdonalds, koufu, giant and shengsiong supermarket and a few individual eating places. Car park for this mall is abit small and messy with many tight corners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A two storey mall in pasir ris st 2, with sheng siong one side n giant supermarket on the other side, two food courts too n MacDonald subway etc... Compact with lot of variable choice. Pet shop/ vegetarian shop/ enrichment center/ hair salons etc... Not so "clean n modern" but serve all the purpose...
