★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, my elderly parents signed a twice-yearly servicing contract with them for one year, made advance payments for all two servicings, and after the first servicing, they never provided the second one. When I found out much later, they refused to provide a refund or provide the last servicing and blamed my elderly parents for not calling them to make an appointment. What's the point of signing a yearly contract and making advance payments if they don't remember to show up and even expect my elderly parents to keep track of their scheduling for them? What's more, their contract rate isn't even cheaper than their non-contract rate. Lucky for them, my elderly parents weren't discerning enough. They also broke one of the aircons' flap joint lever so the flap is perpetually open now and cannot be closed or adjusted. It doesn't affect the aircon's functioning for the most part but clearly reflects their low service standards. Absolutely infuriating.
