Terrible reception lady with unprofessional working attitude. She placed me on hold on the phone without telling me to hold on, carried on a conversation with someone else, then came back after a while to confirm an appointment I was trying to make. On the day of the appointment she declared to us that there was no appointment made. Their website form function is also defunct. Filling up the form on the website to get a call from them didn't work as well.

Dr Vim has been nothing short of amazing. In the past I have been unlucky with dentists in SG - they wouldn't explain what they were doing, didn't know what they were doing, or simply didn't seem to care. A whole different experience with Dr Vim. I had 2 pretty bad holes when I came and she fixed them within one short session, making me feel comfortable, fixing them without any issues, and with great aftercare. Thanks so much - Dr Vim is highly recommended!

I’ve visit this clinic for couple of years now and It’s always feels gd to have my teeth ‘fix’ twice a year at Dr Smile! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The receptionist, a Malay lady ( sorry kakak I forgot your name) is so so friendly, polite, cheerful and welcoming. my dentist Dr Sabrina, the best dentist ever!!! I’ve had met in my entire life at any other dental clinics I’ve visited. She friendly, patient and gentle during the process. I don’t have perfect set of teeth all around like most others, i feel awkward and embarrass to come to the clinic to have my teeth fix but she always make me feel at ease & comfortable, a ture professional. Not forgetting the young dental assistant ( sorry I didn’t get your name ) who’s also friendly & helpful too. ?????? My apologies to all the ladies I’ve mentioned above for taking this long to write a review. It only triggered me when I was recommending DR Smile clinic to my friends earlier during a chat. Thanks to Dr. Smile, my experience with braces went smooth sailing. The costs were affordable, and the staff was excellent. Anybody who needs to get dental work done should definitely consider Dr. Smile!

Went here for a filling on my bunny tooth and it really look better than how it was originally! Props to Dr. Keith and his team. It was done very quickly and painless even though the tooth was very sensitive. Staff at front counter was very welcoming and friendly. Prices are affordable. Dr. Keith was very patience and answered any doubts and questions I had. Will definitely come here again! Thank you once again for helping me! 10/10 <3

Dr Keith Hsu is a phenomenal dentist, with the best bedside manner. He's patient, understanding and always takes his time to explain all procedures. I feel so comfortable going to him because I know he will never ever do unnecessary procedures or push me to get any work done that's not needed at that time or beneficial to me. He treats his patients like his family. LETS NOT FORGET TO MENTION how incredibly intelligent he is and always up to date with new information. If you've been looking to change your dentist and looking for someone smart and honest, look no further!

This is a great place to take care of your teeth. My dentist-Dr.Hsu is very patient, informative. He explained very well what was going on during my braces treatment. In the end,I am very satisfied with the outcome. My teeth looks more beautiful now and I didn’t feel any painful during extraction. I feel that I am in good hands. Also the staff there are very friendly. Definitely, will bring my son there & highly recommend to anyone ☺️
