When I lived in Singapore I always went here for dental care. Excellent service, good staff. During a recent check-up at a new dentist Dr. Lim's fillings got lots of compliments, holding up incredibly well even after many years of wear and tear. Thanks for all the great work over the years.

Dr Soh and Dr Lim do great work for many years and had the chance to get my teeth cleaned here. Reasonable prices and good staff working there as well. Thanks also to Xiang the hygenist for careful and friendly work. Please come here for all your dental needs.

I want to thank Dr Soh for his excellent dental skill that made my scaling and polishing procedure painless. He is a very kind hearted and patience doctor. The staff are helpful and warmth. Highly recommended and thumbs up for dental services.

Pretty sure some of these reviews are a little biased. While I do agree the receptionist may come across as a little angsty, I’ve never encountered her as being rude. She’s probably a little old school and has her moods as the clinic is extremely busy. The dental hygienist however is extremely friendly. She puts you at ease and is professional in her dealings. The clinic has been around since I was born and is being helmed by the 2nd generation. I’m glad that such a family run business still exist. Their charges are the most affordable in the area and a lot of elderly folks visit them so it’s almost impossible to get a walk-in appointment. If you can wait around a week, it’s definitely my go to place. That said, they’ve hired another professional staff so the waiting time should get better. If you want staff to smile at you and treat you like a king, you might be better served by other clinics with posh decor and pay much higher fees.

Just finish my visit to Clementi dental, I had visited this dental clinic more than ten years. Dr Soh, his partner and their staffs had provide a good and responsible service everytime I visit. I had make another appointment to clean my teeth again in August so to those who have no patient and can't wait for their service, please avoid. Feel like trying your luck, walk in and straight away your turn, fat hope. Their appointment list is always full. They will never rush to finish their job just because of long queue in the clinic. It is not like ordering food, everything must be quick and fast. I appreciate each time they put in effort and check carefully throughout the whole treatment. Thanks so much.

Nobody likes visiting the dentist, and that includes me. However, the dentist, Dr. Chia, and the assistant (don't know her name, but have seen her for many years), serving me made a usually negative experience an almost neutral one. Dr. Chia was very gentle with the scaling and polishing, so much so that I did not feel that usual numbness in the gums after the visit. She was also very clear in her instructions to me, e.g. tilting of head, so that helped to shorten the length, and hence pain, of the scaling and polishing. Be mentally prepared for at least a short wait, even if you made an appointment and appeared on time. There is no control over how long previous patients before you will need to take with their treatment. Have since recommended Dr. Chia to my wife.

I am utterly disappointed with the appointment system at this dental clinic. I made an advance appointment for my regular scaling and polishing six months before today. Due to some last-minute matters, I made a call to reschedule my evening appointment to another day. However, it was gathered that my appointment wasn't recorded in the book as claimed by the receptionist Nana. She emphasised that there should be no appointment set for this evening, and nothing is recorded in the appointment book. I have been a regular at this dental clinic for the past few years, and I truly appreciate the service and professionalism of Dr Soh. Usually, they will check if you like to make an advance appointment at the end of your previous visit and contact you a few days before to confirm your appointment. The appointment is usually made where the staff will record your name into a calendar notebook while you make your arrangement to record the date you made the appointment. Evening slots were relatively popular and often not easy to get unless you made an advance appointment. However, I have lost total faith in forecasting evening slots with the dental clinic as this was the 2nd occasion it happened. In my parting feedback, I sincerely hope the dental clinic would consider changing the management of the appointment system to prevent a similar incident from happening to another customer.

i have made this dentist appointment with them three months in advance but what greeted me today is a shut shutter. i even called them on their phone and nobody is answering. i came all the way from east singapore and this is what happened. i am very disappointed with their terrible admin service. they should have called and informed me that they are not opening their clinic due to whatever urgent reasons or divert their phone calls to answer enquires —- on hindsight, i call them on tuesday and the clinic did get back to me. Good service recovery and hopefully the next appointment will proceed without any issue. Thank you. — updated on 26/3/22 I finally get my scaling and polishing done by Dr Soh.
