This fine establishment is nothing but excellent. I have complete faith that the people at Royce would keep me alive If I had one teeth left and my very existence hangs on that single teeth. I'm not one to travel the distance but the people there... makes the tedious journey worthwhile.

DR. Abigail and her nurse were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. They took care of 3 cavities for a first-time patient. Thank you!!

Dr chan wei seng is really skilled at wisdom tooth surgery. Both him and the clinic assistant is really reassuring for someone who is super scared like me with low pain tolerance

Had wisdom tooth surgery done today. I was really nervous for the surgery but when i entered the room Dr Chan Wai Seng’s friendliness made me feel more at ease. He also made sure I was comfortable throughout the surgery. The nurse helped comfort me a lot throughout as well. Hard to find experienced and down to earth dentists and nurses, I’m glad I chose Royce Dental :-)

Never have I felt so comfortable going to a dentist. Everyone here are so courteous and friendly. Dr. Lau who attended to me makes all effort to ensure that I'm relax and wonderful job done on my problem teeth. Great job!

The dental experience was honestly fine. But the counter service experience was extremely terrible. My appointment was at 12pm, and I was unfortunately running late due to delay in the traffic, I had other events before this so I was trying my best to be on time by rushing over. I eventually was able to arrive at the clinic by 12:10pm! But when I was on my way, around 12:06pm the clinic gave me a call, and I told them I need another 10 minutes at that time. The lady immediately responded that I have to reschedule my appointment. I was shocked. I travelled 1 hour and rushed over the place just to be informed that my appointment would have to be canceled??? and told them pls go ahead and let the other person to go first, since I’m late. But the clinic insisted on letting me cancel my appointment?! I was trying to find my way to the clinic, rushing to catch the bus for an entire 1 hour. I understand that the dentist and clinic may be busy but it’s not that I’m late to the point that I am causing complete disruption?? I was only 10 minutes late and I received such a horrible attitude from the clinic with no humanity and understanding given to their patients. Absolutely devastated by the lack of respect and understanding given. And when I eventually arrived at the place, the counter lady gave me a cold shoulder and refused to say anything nice to me when I said sorry for being later and said thank you when making the payment as I left. I was only late for 10 minutes? Did I commit a crime to be deserved treated this way? And for your information throughout the process of talking to this lady I was being very respectful, I did not raise my voice, I did not argue with her and I did not be mean at all. I was being very understanding and apologetic and hoped that she was able to understand my difficulties. But in return I was being treated in such a way, with terrible attitude and poor manners. As a patient, who is already suffering from medical conditions and I have to be abused with poor attitude at the clinic? Thanks but no. I hope this kind of attitude will not happen again and I do not wish to visit this clinic again and I do not recommend it to anyone unless you are the kind who can 100% always be on time for your appointments then good luck to you.

The experience of having my wisdom extraction done at Royce Dental Surgery - Clementi with Dr. Chan Wai Seng was great! I made my appointment quite last minute and the reception helped me to secure a slot. The extraction surgery was done painless and the recovery is under good progress as well. Thank you all the staffs and Dr. Chan for staying over office hours to get my pain on gum away! Highly recommend!

The nurses are such an amazing bunch. Special thanks to Dr Chan for being so kind and patient throughout the entire procedure. He truly took the time to put her at ease.
