Unfortunately, I share quite a similar experience as David Chia... bought a used Bosch Dryer in July 2019, for a Japanese tenant who is frequently away on business, according to his account, he only used the machine 4 times over a period of 4 months..., the dryer broke down in Nov 2019. Of course Dragon Tech claimed ignorance on their part, their in-house technician even suggested that I go to Bosch to buy the parts and replace it (not with his help but on my own) . as it is, 2 data review points do not make a trend but heed the warning signs, the quality of their products are not reliable... same as the people running the business.

Don't ever get a washer from them. My agent bought a second hand washer for my rental unit and it lasted for 4 days. They ended up blaming us for negligence over a washer handle that was poorly maintained--the warranty is fluke and doesn't come with proper terms. Little to nothing care for buyers. What washer breaks after 4 days? These terms also aren't clearly stipulated. You'd run a significant risk in your household wellbeing in deciding to purchase anything at all from them. I don't think this place is ethically run or claims to put its users first. I feel cheated and would never recommend or consider getting anything from them ever!

Terrible company. When trying to get them to repair a wine chiller (the light wasn't functio al) purchased from them during the warranty period, they kept making excuses and spouting lies, saying that they had attempted to contact us but wasn't able to get thorough, or that my wine chiller isn't meant to have a light (like what?). When a repair date was finally scheduled, they didn't turn up, and when contacted they said we had asked to postpone because a family member had COVID (again, no one called). Being slow is one thing, but outright lying about the most absurd matters is pretty much unacceptable.

Consistent bad reviews for Dragon is given for a reason. Unfortunately my landlord still purchased a dryer from them and I have painstakingly had the same bad experience as other reviewers who only gave 1 star: 1. Bad quality- The 1st dryer they delivered broke down after 2 weeks. I put less than 1.5 kg of cloths and they were still wet after 2 hours of drying. Worse of all it created steams in the whole room despite I've kept windows open for air circulation. Dragon Tech therefore sent a 2nd dryer. However, after a week of functioning normally, the dryer starts created massive amount of steams. 2. Bad customer interface- I reported above issues back to WhatsApp 9138 8527, and the contact person Jason told me their dryers are meant to create a lot of steams in the room. Told them i already opened windows, and my kitchen is still so heated up by the dryer, but the contact person just asked me to call another number 6300 5555 and someone will help me. When I called this number, they just again asked me to call the original WhatsApp number. 3. Bad warranty- The warranty is dishonest and fluffy. Given the quality of supplies is so bad here, it's very likely to trigger warranty. However, they refused to arrange a technician for checkup and fix problems properly.
