Botanique At Bartley - 221-237 Upper Paya Lebar Rd

Gorgeous place, greenly condo and well maintenance, and very clean environment if compare with bartley ridge and bartley residences, also very convenient if heading to town, east or Paya Lebar. Just don’t have much amenities like hawker and supermarket, but location is really good.

Snobbish Botanique At Bartley Management is not efficient and effective. Just banning riders to go in. We have to Park our bike outside the guard house and walk in. Do they know walking-in from the guard house is crazy in such Big Estate. Plus our bicycle or bike have to park under the rain/shine and get wet/hot to walk-in. The reason they give is due to near misses of the cars(residents) and riders. Some travel against the flow of traffic. Then they decided to Ban riders to ride in. First thing, directional signages of block number is small or so misleading. Floor arrows is so confusing. Just to navigate around the carpark is so crazy. Miss a turn u need go one big round. Next, the slopes should have more bigger mirrors for cars(resident) to check on-coming vehicle blind spot. This is so lousy manage. The Management hence come with a solution to solve this problem. Ban rider and make them walk-in to deliver the orders in such huge condo. Expecting this solution to be easy for the management to solve the problem. But this method have created lots of inconvenience for the rider. "Of cos what, our residents are the priority". Thinking to Walk-in to the condo to send the food/delivery take 10mins. To Walk out take another 10mins. Total spent time is 20mins in this stupid condo. I rather these people in the Management resign, take good salary but with this kind of solution every laymen can do the job. Current management with the William Securities are fked in the brain, no empathy or compassion. Residents at Botanique, why not you walk to the Guard house and collect your delivery, see how you feel. Or do us rider a favor voice to your management. Thanks. Soon your food will take longer to receive cause every rider see your Condo Botanique will cancel order.

Very terrible management asking delivery riders to park bicycle outside on the road and walk all the way several blocks into the huge carpark to search for the specific lobby. Very inconsiderate and lack of compassion. Hopefully the management can improve in the future for the new economy.

Well maintained work look like just top. New management and security team for now. If compared with other two condo beside botanique, building look more luxurious. Strongly recommended

One of best condo in Singapore , facility are great, the condo facility including Karaoke room and pool table ?

Worst condo i have been. Unfriendly staff, whether managment or security and units are noisy due to heavy traffic on both roads around the condo. Why are their balconies if you can't even sit there cause of the noise!? To me totally overpriced and overrated.

A relatively new condo that TOP about one year ago. A residential development by renowned UOL Group. I'm falling in love with their comprehensive facilities. The lap pool, gym and clubhouse is really well thought out.
