★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Sally for my eye brow embroidery for the first time. Never try this salon before. She has a lot of good reviews and I had read all about it before I decided to go to her. She is indeed skilful and patient. Very detailed and professional in her work. Whatever I was unsure of, she cleared all my doubts. I’m very satisfied with the result. Highly recommended! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to know them through Facebook, and could make an appointment through them. Went for my first session and came back with nice brows but had a little cut here and there from the blade. Reached out to their Facebook page and their after sales service was good, immediately reached out to me to check on the issue and assured me that the marks will go off after a few weeks. Staff also assured me that Sally is definitely a professional with her works and she’s actually one of their oldest and senior staff in highbrow and have received quite a lot of good feedback from their existing customer as well. I'm back for my second appt, so I guess all is good. Sally is patient and explains to me clearly on her works. Her works are not painful and the process was easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've completed a full session of brow embroidery plus one touch-up at Highbrow (Orchard Gateway outlet) with Ella. She's passionate about her art in embroidery and really experienced too! I love how attentive she is with her customer. My pain tolerance threshold is quite low, so she is constantly checking if I am tolerating the procedure well. Highly recommended to look for Ella if you're a first timer thinking of getting eyebrow embroidery ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy with the eyebrow embroidery experience with Highbrow. Sally is amazing and the results are natural looking without looking too harsh. Good blend of colours, technique and skills. It wasn’t as painful and manage & Snooze during the process. All I did was explain I want natural looking eyebrows, two colours and let her do her job. Sally is also super experienced and she’s excellent with my false eyelashes extension. Each session is fast and not painful. Some inexperienced therapists takes along time to fix eyelashes and it doesn’t last till the next appointment. Look for Sally at Orchard gateway brunch :)
