Got my filler done here with Dr Reddy & he is truly the best Aesthetic doctor in my opinion. Ground staffs are also prompt in their responses as well! Great service all around. :)

My face was consulted by experienced and professional DR Koh. He is an excellent doctor for me. He was very friendly and patiently explained my skin issues. I've tried many different aesthetics before and my face ends up turn red and blotchy. I have suffered the acne issues since many years ago. DR Koh recommend me laser treatment and cleared up my acne really quickly. It smoothed my skin and literally changed my life. I super thankful and nothing could make my happy except I win TOTO! XD Thanks DR Koh!!!

Most ridiculous experience ever. I was asked to come at 6.35pm for my appointment, having been rescheduled to this date from another date. They made me register with some particulars, gave a 3 min 'doctor consultation' where the doctor just asked what are my concerns when I thought it was her job to tell me what my concerns should be. It ended quickly when I said I have no concerns. They cleansed my face and took some images. It was then 7pm. They left me in the room on a bed to wait and told me that the estimated waiting time is 10-20min. After waiting for 45 min, it was still not my turn. I asked for an update of the situation and was told that it'll be my turn next in 5 min. After another 10 min, I was still left waiting on the same bed, I decided to leave. Sorry to readers of this review I don't even know if the treatment was good because I didn't do it. Just don't bother going. I've also seen your templated replies to bad reviews, if you weren't able to do anything for me at the outlet, pls don't ask me to contact your customer service. I really don't want to contact this company ever.

Similar disappointing experience as others. While waiting for my facial, I was approached by a random staff trying to sell me packages when I still have quite a few sessions left. was hardsell again by another staff after my laser treatment, I don’t remember them being so pushy a few years back. It was really an uncomfortable and stressful experience. They also didn’t bother to inform me that my doctor has left until I request to book an appointment. Hope the management will be able to reflect on this.

Staff and Manager in Medispa is so friendly and their facial treatment is really effective. Have seen great improvement in skin texture.Worth the price even though i`m skeptical about packages but it was worth it! Will definitely recommend friends there. Well done DRx!

15 years visiting this place, i never thought there would come a day i would give this place a 1 star review. During my recent visit, the team had set up an ambush to hard sell products to me. After my appointment, the manager was seen radioing a random staff (not my usual therapist), who then frantically ran over to sell me a package. When asked why am i not able to purchase from my usual therapist, she cited “management changes”. I’m extremely disappointed at how the place seemingly is being run now. In a place like this, the human touch does makes a difference. The new management needs to reflect.

Actually has an facial appointment at 6.30pm and happens that i need a review with Dr Vivian. Staff was nice to help arrange the same day and was told has to be 6pm as doctor has a long treatment procedure at 6.10pm. As i will need to leave office much earlier in order to reach by 6pm, I told the staff can't promise but will try my best and will update on the actual day closer to the appointment time. In order to make it, i had to skip my lunch hour to try finish my work so that i am sure i can leave office earlier, and i managed to reach 5.50pm. However i waited and waited and the staff kept telling me soon. I was worried that my facial appointment at 6.30pm will be affected but the staff assured me my therapist is aware and will wait for me. An hour later, the staff informed me it is my turn to consult doctor and was bringing me in, but another staff stopped us and informed it is another patient's turn. I was so frustrated after having to wait for an hour and still not being allowed to see doctor, immediately i told the staff i am not going to to wait any more and not going to see doctor! She brought me to my therapist and i almost did not want even to have my facial when my therapist informed me time is too short I cannot have the facial that i want but other shorter facial instead. Finally my therapist recommends that i proceed with the facial but will end a bit later. I was utterly disappointed no one provides update and kept me waiting to see doctor when i tried my best to be there early. The whole experience is frustrating and it is always so difficult to make appointments even for facials!

I started my skin laser since 2 years ago in DRX CLINIC. The services is great even they are busy. Very caring and had a good experience overall. Recommended for those who face pigmentation or acne scars issues. Highly recommended ?
