β β β β β Poor service. Wait times are long and they might even turn you away. Do no trust all the 5/4 stars review. Wait 1 hour to get registered and and another hour to actually see the doctor/get treatment. Worst ever

β β β β β For emergencies like purchasing PEP, there is no priority but only base on appointment, I'm not sure the doctor knows the early the better for the patient to consume PEP, still they let u wait for more than half day.

β β β β β Came here for check up. Rmb to train your reflex as the receptionists give you approximately 3 seconds to respond to your number before they skip you over.
Make sure you are not hard of hearing as well. They will sometimes use their mouths to call your number and not show it on the screen and then skip you over.
All in all, if youβre training to be a fighter pilot, can consider coming here and seeing if you can react to 3 seconds callouts to hone your reflexes.

β β β β β Not sure about the previous months, but the experience was awesome on a Monday (supposably busier) morning.
Took only 1.5hours from registration, testing, consultation to billing.
Improvements from the previous bad comments:
- They are using the ticketing system so you donβt have to worry about missing your number
- You wonβt have to worry about feeling judged
- Knowledgable staffs and doctors on DOs and DONβTs
- AFFORDABLE screenings
P.S. You do have to wait a bit longer for billing though, but it is understandable! Screenings and consultation are generally straight forward, billing has money issues to solve

β β β β β Went here to get my Garadasil 9 and all the nurses are very sweet and kind. Unfortunately I canβt say the same for the receptionists lol. There are many foreigners and young people who visit this clinic and the receptionists are super rude to them. The waiting time for mere billing is atrocious. I came to the clinic at 1:45pm, my jab was done and dusted at 1:48pm. Waited up to an hour just to make payment. The counter has a severe lack of manpower and I urge the higher ups to do something about this. Lack of manpower always manifests into unhappy staff.
Tip for anyone who is looking through reviews to decide on the HPV jab: Donβt waste your time to come herep and just spend abit more at the GP.

β β β β β I booked an appointment for Gardasil 9 vaccination and select tests e.g. pap smear and Hep B immunity.
Even though I missed the first appointment, they were kind enough to reschedule for me within the same month.
As it was my first time at the clinic, I mistakenly headed to the counter (you had to wait to be called) but the lady was very nice about it and answered all my questions patiently.
The doctor was very friendly, and the consultation was not awkward at all.
The nurses were also very easy to talk to.
The tests were all done swiftly with minimal discomfort.
The lady manning the payment counter was also very friendly and guided me on the procedure for the follow-up appointment.
All in all, it was a great experience as the staff were all friendly and professional, and the prices are very affordable. ??
