β β β β β I cannot enough recommend this clinic and DR LAI KOK WEI in particular. He is meticulous and extensive in his consultation. Most definitely a very passionate and knowledgeable Doctor.

β β β β β Doctor was very professional, and kind to feel the passion to solve patient's issue. On the contrary, receptionist (female) was unkind, and rude to the patient.

β β β β β Honestly didn't live up to my expectations after seeing the Google reviews. The receptionists were exceptionally grumpy compared to other clinics that I have visited before. They even tried referring me to Tan Tock Seng for a simple swab test without providing me context for the reason behind it. I was able to successfully complete my swab test at Q&M Medical afterwards, hassle free.
The irresponsible move by the receptionists trying to refer me to Tan Tock Seng without even bothering to give an explanation was ridiculous.
Do not recommend going at all.

Made an appointment for pre departure PCR test a week ago and confirmed three days ago. This morning the clinic called said no nurse tomorrow and asked if do the test today and then no doctor today!
This clinic should just close down!

β β β β β Doctor is seeing many patients with long queue, and he was really rude. He actually told me not to waste resources in a super unkind tone when I request for a swab test as I was having fever and cough. I WORK WITH YOUNG CHILDREN TOO. Like sure, you could've told me nicely but argh the whole experience was horrible. The exact words were "you had a past infection, don't waste resources" LIKE ERM THERE IS A CHANCE OF REINFECTION RIGHT???? AND I WORK WITH SUCH VULNERABLE KIDS?????? I grew up here and have seen Dr Lai since I was a kid. But I'm never going back there anymore. I understand it's very hectic to have high patient load, but why can't he just be a little more professional???

β β β β β Very rude chinese lady at the counter. No family manners. Don't how to talk properly and be professional. Simple respect don't have. People sick want to see doctor relax yet she there talking so rudely. Helpless. Everything is slow here. See one doctor wait 1hr plus. What they doing?

β β β β β Dr Lai is very professional, patient and meticulous. He provided thorough examination and explanations along the way to make sure I understand what is happening to me. Dr Lai also displayed genuine concern for my well-being and addressed all my concerns without rushing through even though I was his last patient on a Saturday afternoon.
