I walk pass the clinic everyday and totally no safe distancing. it look like there are free items to grab inside the clinic... all squeezing to get in. SDA should come and check the situation of this clinic. very extremely horrible. it is a healthcare practice but has break the MOH rules and regulations of safe distancing. Not surprise if there is a cluster happening at this clinic. There was an very extremely rude old woman screaming her lung out at those workers. if you cant handle the stress, then go home and drink coffee. MCR should set an standard protocol on how to organize and arrange batch by batch of foreign worker to come for medical check. The whole place look like fish market and is worse off than queuing for McDonald Hello Kitty! I can literally hear her screaming across the road. Don't take in so many medical checkup if you cannot handle it and anyhow vent anger on these worker. Crazy old hag! I hope SDA can come and check this place, best summon and shut the clinic for 10days for going against MOH regulation. Such a disgrace to have a healthcare practice who is doing this despite of covid situation!

Recommended Clinic for Workers & domestic helpers medical check up as they are able to provide one-stop solution as per MOM/VISA's requirements.

This clinic does not even earn that 1 star. One of the worst clinic i have ever visited. Staff ask to wait outside for registration but did not even bother to call. All agents people given good treatment. Waiting since 8am now already 1.45pm still no service.

Most worst clinic at singapore. unprofessional staff no respect people very rude. More then 4hours waited for medical report. Doctor take more times for 1 person. Never ever follow sop 1 meter distance.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst ever. they might be cheaper for a few dollars but the confusion, inefficiency and RUDEness is really not worth the hassle. They don't care about walk in customers because they probably stuck bulk deals with FDW/ foreign labour's importer to give them the business. Health screening/ X ray- looks like just going through the motion. They are used to treating foreigner that are timid and at their mercy. PDVL health screening. yes- they can do. but prepare to wait.

This clinic have given me big trouble to update my serology test result to the MOH. Waiting for 11 days until I myself need to go to the clinic and face them so they key in my data into the system in front of me. Whatsapp and call no response. Wasting my time and energy and money.

Queued since 10am for 3-4 HOURS just to be told off I’m not in the queue with the rest. The Chinese old lady and the staff really lacks in simple respect at all for the action of yelling, tapping at the people and have zero respect tossing the documents and passports around. End up, telling me off β€œI will try to process and stick your passports in 3-4 person in 2pm line. Want then I do. Don’t want go away!”. Very poor customer service when I asked nicely which I am already super duper patient enough reasoning with her just to be shut off. There’s a lot of queue and manpower management required to improve the traffic flow of the crowd. There are some people who are like agent or runner just went to counter directly to get their people processed seems like a great β€˜jump queue’ option. People are queuing up way too long time and the processing of each case takes a very long time. ⛔️WARNING: DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC. Visit at your own risk.

Worst clinic ! If I could I would give negative or at least a zero star. Brought my helper for a test and was following a queue outside the clinic. The clinic had safe distancing lines outside for customer to queue. However, most customers of theirs are foreigners who might not be familiar with the safe distancing rule. A clinic staff (Chinese lady with short hair age at least 65, petite) came out and started screaming and shouting at all the foreign workers, screaming at them to follow the line. The foreign workers were flustered, I mean who won’t ? They might took 10 seconds to understand and started moving towards the line. However the clinic staff still isn’t happy. She continue shouted, β€œyou want to do your test anot ? If yes QUEUE !!” Like a maniac ? I mean you are dealing with foreigners? Their fist language isn’t English. Can you have more patience and be more understanding ? However, the Malay lady clinic staff is very patient and nice. What should I say? I mean she is normal. She came out to tell the foreign workers to queue up according to the line. Nicely and most importantly not shouting.
