★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always see the staff taking all the bread from large containers and then arranging them in the display boxes. Their bread is not baked fresh at the outlet. Hygiene can be improved when doing the arranging of the breads. For example, make sure that the staff do not place the large containers containing bread on the floor.
