the cashier staff is super slow, her name is Thao. operate as though there’s no one else in the queue when there’s actually 5-8 people. the other two girls (one of them name lee hana?) at the counter didn’t even bother helping they were just using phone and talking near the sink. had to wait super long as compared to usual... quite disappointed.

Somehow the tuna bun at AMK Hub's outlet tastes damn awesome - flavourful, peppery and fresh (compared to another outlet's despite purchasing it in the evening on two separate occasions...) Perhaps I was lucky that it might have been a fresh batch, but that's gonna be one of my favourite buns!

I like the bread and cake. Sometimes buy 5 at special price. They are creative and renovative in their products also. They are keen to preserve old school biscuits and old taste. They are leaders.

I want to give 0 star if I could. I order one day ahead at 5june in advance. I ordered from foodpanda 3x on the same day on my mothers birthday. I reordered 3x they cancelled my order. Foodpanda push blame to breadtalk. Breadtalk push blame to foodpanda. Why do I have to go through this. Wasting 1h of my time. Trying to solve the issue at breadtalk amk hub. The breadtalk stuff was so cold blooded doing their own stuff trying to seem busy when there is no customer... And not trying to help or attend to me. While me I keep try to reorder till I give up. And bought it at the stall full price without discount... As my mom wanted the cake I want her to have it no matter what... I am so glad that the stock prices of breadtalk is going down the drain and making a huge loss and I'm waiting for you to go bankrupt... Since you can't even afford to train your staff. Not even a single apologies when I buy the cake the staff from China just pack the cake.

Very bad service. The FT was scolding me for not showing her the payment confirmation after I paid by Dash (partner with favepay). And said I told her I using Grabpay. After I showed her, she still questioned me as she didn’t know if dash can be used. She then asked her colleague who also pondered a bit till I pointed to her showing it displayed to I paid to breadtalk AMK then they let me go. Hopeless.

Friendly, empowered and approachable staff. Experienced this at 2 different outlets so the training team must be doing something right to get this level of consistent good service rendered to customers.

Bad mouthing! I ordered barley,not too hot and not too cold cos my daughter wanted to drink it. It came out alwaayyssss very hot. Thn i asked for 2-3 ice cubes. The cashier said it's not hot. I was so angry inside as everytime it is alwez like this and end up my daughter can't drink it at all. Then i insisted for 2-3 ice cubes. Actually i wanted to ask for more cos it was really hot. Inside me i was about challenging cashier to try it if she can drink but i still hold it. She gave me black face and said something behind there with her colleague, i heard it but i just didn't want to confront her and i told her it is bcos my daughter want to drink it. After waiting about 30mnts, the barley is not even drinkable by my daughter. Even i tried my best to drink it! And really had no mood to even eat the reat of the food and left. Breadtalk, please try if you can drink it while it's hot! I asked for just not so cold n not so hot barley! And even tried to help her to make it not so hot by asking for ice cube! Very disappointing! If there is zero star.. i would like to give 0 star

Ordered a yam cake for mother's day. The cake was average, not too sweet and is pretty. We were expecting the old school kind of yam taste. Service was alright though.
