They assigned ID to u but u got to match their time not they match your time. Request for another id was also ignored. If u really engage them this is what they will do.

I have engaged Jialux for 2 times. First back in 2017 at my sengkang BTO, second is this year between March to May. 2022 Review: We re-engaged Jialux for our 2nd home. This time round we asked for the boss Alvin again. Alvin being the Boss told us he will assign his best man for us but he will still oversee the proj. Khim was assigned to us and guess what? If u're looking for a ID who is: 1. not calculative (he didn't charge us for a few things that is not under the quotation) 2. on the ball (he replies queries almost instantly) 3. flexible (very open to design changes) 4. can talk to u like a friend (thru out the reno journey we can talk and laugh like buddies) 4. super siao on (which ID helps u clean up the house by himself?) There were some screw up on my warehouse side so I have to vacate the warehouse earlier than expected. So I discussed with Khim to have one of my common room rdy b4 the reno was done to store my items from the old place. Not only he make sure the required works was done on the room, he actually borrowed his office vacuum cleaner and mop to clear the room. What more can u ask from an ID? I have not mention that they were reasonably priced and completed the proj on schedule. Faults were rectified within a week too. If u're intending to engage Jialux, ask for Khim. Can guarantee you wont regret his quality of work. @Alvin if u're reading this, thanks for the support in this project. Khim is a rare gem. I believe he will be able to help your company soar to greater heights! 2017 Review: After receiving over 8 quotations from different reno company and direct contractor, we decided on Jialux. The principle designer Alvin was very responsive to queries, and most of all, whenever there's fault on some minor defects, he will almost reply or ask his workers to rectify on the spot. The service he provide is top-notch. He went for all the tiles selection with us at Hafary and gave us suggestions on which to choose to match the carpentry. After moving in for about 2 months, I found some minor problem with the carpentry (bomb shelter conceal door came loose). He sent his worker to rectify within the week. Last but not least, the quotation is surprisingly within our budget considering the fact that we did quite a few things. If u're considering renovating your place, do give Jialux a ring for a quotation.

We were very right with our choice to engaged Jialux for our previous home 5yrs ago with no hidden cost and reasonable quote. Carpentry has no defect till date. Thus we have engaged him again this time round for our condo. Great workmanship and always proposing trending and up to date new design with surprises. Understanding our style and accomodating to our needs.
