★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant staff, unhelpful, berated me over a phone call for daring to call in to check for framing prices without personally coming down to the shop. (If I wanted to go to your shop, I wouldn't have called in first, right?) Definitely will NOT be employing your services.
Reply to owner: Thanks for reaching out! I called 64432594 which I got from your wix page as the number for your branch. Spoke to a female staff for three and a half minutes this morning just after 10am. Sorry for leaving a nasty review and thanks for addressing the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Helped to fix my frame hook that was very loose as it was fixed to a very thin cardboard. This is an off the shelf frame that I bought. Took his time to rectify the issue and left us fully satisfied and grateful for his help.
