Joann the groomer does a great job with our furkid. Easy to get to (sometimes the intercom does have issues) and furkid is usually ready around 2 hours.

Friendly staff and groomer. My puppy was smelling fresh and looking pretty. Price was very reasonable for the nice cut.

I have been bringing my Japanese Spitz here for Marc to groom for many years now. I believe that a groomer must have a 'vibe' with dogs, thus allowing dogs to be comfortable when grooming, and Marc certainly has that in him. My dog is usually very nippy and anxious with other groomers before but ever since with Marc, Shiro has been well-behaved and cooperative. Additionally, his grooming results are always to my satisfaction and always got the signature 'teddy bear cut'. The staff here are friendly too and I am very content with the services rendered. Highly recommended groomer.

Have been with them since my first doggie. Mark the owner has a team of professional groomers whom are very friendly and remembers your requirement whenever you go back. Price are slightly higher than most but it's definitely worth the money. Book early to avoid disappointment.. especially on weekends.. They are usually full.

Woah! Absolutely fantastic service for the Royal Pets Paradise team, they are patient and caring. It is beautiful to see how much the staff care for animals, my dog Chewie had her haircut today and she is usually scared but the team made her feel comfy and made the experience stress free. Highly recommended

If you’re looking for a place that cuts well, I think they are great and the perfect place for it but I will advise you that you don’t expect anything more. TLDR: receptionist will only tell you one thing, β€œoh she’s fine” but your pup actually might not be. When confronted, they change their narrative to what suits them best. Communication between the actual groomer and clients can be better, rather than communicating through the receptionist - we always ask for the well being and behaviour of our pup after each grooming and was always told that our pup is doing well but we questioned that after sending her there for full grooming and spa recently. When we picked her up, the receptionist said that she did well, as always, and that she was really cute and we will see that in the video. Usually every spa session comes with a video/photo montage of your pup doing the treatment but ours were a mere 13 seconds video of the product applied on our puppy. There was nothing cute about it, in fact we can see her shivering/afraid. When asked why (because the output of the video is very different and hastily done as compared to those on their social media), they said my pup was uncomfortable whenever we are not around and so the groomer spent more time to ease her into it and stated that the purpose of the video was to proof to us that the treatment was done but the output of the video is the least of my concern, the well being of her is. We asked further because it was our first time hearing that our pup is uncomfortable when we are not around and questioned why it wasn’t communicated to us in previous grooming sessions. To which, they said that she is actually fine and didn’t think it was important/serious enough to tell us but will duly report back because we highlighted it. If we had known that she is that way, we will omit spa for her because she really doesn’t need one, she has healthy skin and hair but thought that it is nice because her birthday was right around the corner. Pictures speaks a thousand words and we do not trust people who change their narrative to whatever that suits them best. We have credits with them and we are not going back or crediting it to someone else. Prior to this, we referred and recommended to our friends. NOT ANYMORE.

My dog was privileged enough to have had the same vet and groomer for the last 7 years so the bar was high to find a place that could match up. I came across β€œRoyal Pets Paradise” through Facebook and decided to give it a go. I was so pleasantly surprised. They were: 1. Professional: there was already someone texting me back to let me know how far along they come in the grooming process; 2. Thorough: When in doubt they always check back with me to see how I’d like to proceed; 3. Detailed Oriented: Groomer alerted me to my dog having build up in his left ear and we’ve since paid more attention and now it’s gone; and last but not lease, 4. My pet looks so adorable and is looks like he had a great experience. Thank you everyone at Royal Pets Paradise!

My two 14yo furkids have been going to Royal Pets since 2015 and we have never though of going anywhere else. The team is a group of animal lovers and I trust that my doggies are in good hands. Kudos to Joann for giving my kiddos lovely haircuts. It is a busy place so you need to book in advance, though every experience is a good one. All smiles and various WhatsApp updates to manage expectations. Can’t ask for more. Thank you, team!
