★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reverse car camera issue. Fantastic services and technical staff are highly proficient. Reasonably priced and skillfully repaired by Ah Hao. Look for Edward (friendly and knowledgeable), staff are highly customer oriented. Worth the time, even though location is further North. Fairly large and comprehensive facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had D1 Voltage Stabilizer installed today. I think I found my new fav installers and workshop. Not only did all questions via FB were promptly answered, they also bother to follow up. I love that they are not hard selling and acccomodating to my opinions.
Very good working attitude from all of them, even the admin lady (sorry I forgot to ask her name, I was in a hurry). While they never gave up, even their manager chipped in to help..and I knew he was busy with other tasks. Because of their positive and professionalism, now I'm very keen to get something I have been on the fence about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy workshop that doesn’t give priority to safety of my car. Went and install a BBK on my ride and was told everything is working and ask me to drive off. While driving halfway on the CTE, there is a rattling sound from the rear brakes while the car is moving. Decided to go to my trusted workshop for a check and to my horror the screws connecting the drum to the rotor is not tightened. And is not just 1 screw but many screws which resulted in the hub not securely attached to the rotor and causing the rattling sound. Spend $300 for installation at E Rev and this is what I get. Need to spend again at my workshop to rectify the issue. Message Richard and send him a video clip of the loosen screws, he say will check and get back but no reply after that. Patronize at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark and team wasted no time in installing the side step. They were meticulous in ensuring perfect fitting for the car, making multiple small adjustments.
Sound proofing and systems are avail as well. After the positive exp will definitely consider them.
Found the side step deal for my skoda karoq on carousell $380. Pre order paid deposit $100 reasonable. Shipment took quite a while due covid and cny. But good communications and a discount made up for the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. Ever since they touched my car, problems came after. And the recommendations were always horrible - replace, replace, replace - resulting to higher service cost. They usually just verbally quote the service price w/o thoroughly checking. One time, one of my windshield stopped working. So we went to ask. One of the mechanics recommended to change the whole motor. Quoted $480. Went to another workshop who said, motor no issue coz one side is working. So it was the connector that had problem. Fixed it for $80. Bottomline, do your own research.
