β β β β β It's funny how my car will have new fault/issue after sending it for servicing or repair; after a few days drive since their service.
When asked, Huat Lee's staff mentioned they were afraid to tell us the problem previously because it might be too costly for customer... This is really an interesting excuse...
The reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star, the condition of their waiting room is kinda decent

β β β β β Good and honest workshop. They don't hard sell their products. The boss and his workers are knowledgeable and usually are able to scope in and solve my car issues accurately.
Servicing pricing is probably few dollars more than the other shops I've been but it's all worth it ($5?... Lol)
It was pleasant to know that tyre rotation was part of package.
Nice air conditioned visitor rest area was refreshments.

β β β β β My engine was attacked by Mickey Mouse. Have problem driving as sone wire being bite off, so send in for servicing (overdue service for the longest time anyway). The mechanic (think his name is Tong?) is very professional. And to prevent the Mickey Mouse attack again, he clean up my engine and even bought brush to lay over some common area. This is out of my expectation! Well done!

β β β β β My brother introduced me to Huat Lee's and I have since been back many times. The service is really good and the prices are reasonable. The owner, Nigel is frank and sincere and doesn't overquote or overcharge.
What I liked most was that they would personally take my car, with me in it on a test drive to verify the problem. They would point out the anomaly, whether its a noise or something the car wasn't doing right and talked me through what caused it. Also, I was always given an option on whether I wanted to proceed with any further works that were not discovered initially. I drove a Honda civic. I have also recommended my family members who drive Nissan March, Toyota Corolla and all have had positive feedback too.

No matter what happens to my car, he always provide the most reliable service and recommendations to resolve your difficulties. May it be common issues like tyres, aircon and car alignment, to difficult issues like engine running and brakes reliability, these are all within his years of expertise by his constant spirit in putting Client first and Perseverance in finding the Root Cause thus improving the overall car performance and maintaining OEM standards setting. Most important of all, overall price is just and affordable with excellent service mindset.

β β β β β brought my van for a checkup because of a nail stuck on one of my rear tyres. both the mechanic n his attendant was very polite. as the small nail didn't cause any air loss, the mechanic plucked out the nail, carefully inspected the rest of the wheel for other nails n eventually didn't charge me for anything. was told that 'filling' a tyre puncture is $10 anyway, which i feel is a very reasonable rate.
