He is very patient and kind when he explained my diagnosis to me. I’ve been suffering from this condition since 1990 and I never knew what the name of my condition was. After the first consultation with Doctor Lau, he patiently explained that I have Cholesteatoma. Since I was still clueless, he explain slowly and kindly. I’ve been seeing him since 2012, and I pray that he doesn’t retire simply because he is reliable and kind. His nurses are also excellent. They answer my queries kindly without judgement. Always very knowledgeable and kind. They would try their best to fit me into the appointment for the day as my condition will cause intense pain at times. I am very grateful towards Doctor CC Lau and his team!

Imagine my shock when I couldn’t take it anymore and brought him to a doctor, who found that there was a serious underline cause that needed treatment! We thought it was just swollen lymph nodes at first but it was not painful and not going away that's why I thought it best to see a doc. I was very nervous but Dr Lau was very kind and reassuring as we did the physical exams and conducted tests. I thought it was cancer but it turns out to be a lipoma that is easy to remove. It was such a big relief for me. I already set a schedule for the surgery next week and I'm a little nervous but also confident that it would be okay. Thank you Dr Lau for your care.

His expertise in ENT surgery has impressed me as I made quick recovery with a well thought out prescription of medications that helped manage my pain. The nurses at the clinic were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very glad that I chose Dr Lau as my surgeon. Also, I would like to thank the amazing team at the operating theatre, and Dr Kenneth, my anesthesiologist who attended to my needs and even came to help calm me down when I was acutely confused post surgery. Great job to the medical team and I am eternally grateful for the care I received during my stay.
M	Mel meow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little late for my review, but I did a Tonsillectomy with Dr Lau in May last year. I explained to him my concerns and he was very empathetic. He understood his patients because of his own experience, on the contrast to my previous Dr whom I consulted simply wrote me off. His team of nurses, especially Doreen, followed up closely with me because I developed a cough after the surgery. The nurse also did a wonderful job in explaining to me the medications, what to expect after the surgery, when the pain will peak, diet advised etc. The healing process was very itchy for me and I was quite frustrated but Dr Lau reassured me patiently. Dr Ong, my anaesthetist, was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable at the waiting area and the OT. Overall, I'm very glad I found Dr Lau and his team to do my tonsillectomy!
