The pre-surgery consultations were thorough and my condition well explained, the surgery went well and now the post-surgery follow up is progressing nicely. Dr Goh is a top notch professional and ensured that I fully understood my condition and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended ENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr Goh since 2015. So far, i have nothing to say except all the good things. He has been patient in his explanations and always willing to listen to what I have to say. He believes strongly in a change of diet which I have done so reluctantly at first and indeed, it has helped me with my condition. So now, I'm also a believer too.
The receptionists are a great bunch of people. When you have to wait longer than the scheduled timing, it's always because the doctors are seeing the patients and maybe their conditions are more complex hence more time spent with the doctors. Don't vent your anger on the ladies.

Original: My husband went to this clinic to have an allergy blood test done in March 2021 and thereafter, his understanding was that a follow up consultation would be required to determine if allergy was the cause of his issue or whether further tests had to be performed.
It is already September 2021 and he has not received the results of the allergy test nor gotten any follow up calls from the clinic. We called the clinic multiple times and verified that the email address on their record is correct. However, he has not received anything. Perhaps my husband’s case was of a lower priority to them since the allergy blood test costed around $400? At this point, we are frustrated from having to chase them for the test results. Don’t understand how difficult is it to just send us a copy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lim Keng Hua is a very Professional and Patience ENT doctor! I would strongly recommend him to those who requires his specialist service. Dr Lim has performed surgery on my son in 2019 and my son's condition has since then been improved miraculously. Dr Lim is following up closely on his condition at his clinic. The staff assistant is also very friendly and it is a conducive environment.
Highly recommend Dr Lim Keng Hua, one who is very skillful and a mindful doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with Dr. Lim. I left my appointment with a “not rushed” feeling. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and options for my treatment. I had a very good experience at this practice, and I would definitely make a recommendation. I felt Dr Lim and his staff were very accommodating and welcoming, and the doctor was knowledgeable and courteous. He ensured that my treatment wasn't painful at all.
Chelsea the nurse was also very cheerful and friendly, and readily helped me arrange my surgery and any queries I had post surgery. She always makes me feel welcome at the clinic. Thank you for helping me with my recovery!
