Has done the best facial with this outlet Earth Spa. Couldn't help but to commend the therapist Ms. Nining. She was a former nurse and taken extreme care when doing treatment. Outstanding service and treatment by her and Earth Spa. Recommended for all. Just saw some review and one stand out looks very prejudice review. Looks like she very close to her former beautician Jenny. Heard that the beautician Jenny has been trying to quit for several occasions and the Management of Earth Spa has asked her to stay until recently. I feel this is more helping Jenny to personal attack the company for the last round of threatening to quit and the company did not keep her. You see this type of people around all the time.

Earth Spa place is clean, cosy and quiet..they have very good body masseuses. I used to use one but she left..anyway they quickly got another masseuse that is just as good as the previous. Price is reasonable with a package, it works out to be about $50 per hour

I used to be so happy that i finally found the best facial therapist - Jenny. Her extraction is painless, her service is top quality and experienced and skillful and she is the best i ever had in 18 years of going for facial. Then she quit. The replacement whose name is Miss Mining is horrible. She is NO WHERE near Jenny's standard. Inexperience, forgetful, not systematic, anyhow just rush and do the facial, what is worse is her extraction is painful that i have red spots and she can still argue that Jenny was too gentle, i told her it is her skill that she is lacking. I pay $165 per session for the oxygen facial and this the type of therapist they find as a replacement. I do not recommend anyone to sign a facial package with them. I do not expect such a low standard in a supposedly good spa like earth spa. HDB cheaper facials are probably better in terms of standard. The most unprofessional part is that this lousy therapist does not bother to even analze the skin condition! Earth spa - you are going to lose all your loyal existing customers very soon. Good luck. The least you could do was to get a SLIGHTLY MORE EXPERIENCED replacement. Horrible.

Bought fave coupon for a 90 mins Javanese massage for $48. The massage was nice, masseurs' skills were good too, ambience was soothing. Most importantly, no hard selling of their packages, consultant was still nice and sincere to us even though we did not take up the package. Overall, a nice experience.

Quite hygienic. Staff were amazing and immediately makes you relax. The masseuse was very professional and not rough. Overall a great experience

Fantastic massage! Love it that they don't hardsell any package but it's an option if you would like to go often.

Generally a good place for massage & facial with nice & quiet environment and skillful staffs compared to most other places that I’ve been to. Been a customer with them for many years.
