Walking distance to sembawang CC, GP clinic, 24 hours food court. Walking distance to river along Canberra View with great views. Walking distance to Eastlink I @ Canberra with connection to future Canberra Plaza and Canberra MRT. Next to MRT station and bus interchanges of Yishun and Sembawang, there are plenty of dinning shopping banking library supermarkets postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby at Sembawang Shopping Centre Sun Plaza at Sembawang MRT and Northpoint City at Yishun MRT. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families..
