A	ARTHUR Hoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not even TRY to use this company. I suggest you stay FAR FAR away from this RUBBISH company. Booked a delivery to USA and they collected my parcel. After collecting they pointed to a clause that they cant deliver to a location in USA. They then threaten to dispose my parcel or return my parcel to me at an additional cost. At the end of the day they STOLE my main delivery fee with the parcel not delivered and CHARGED me additional for the parcel to come back to me. THIEVES and ROBBERS. Ridiculous company, I will take it up with my credit card company with these losers.

Tried to reschedule/cancel on easyparcel website but keep having error - good tactic to stop ppl from cancelling and getting refund! ?

There were issues with my Qxpress deliveries but as the deliveries were booked with Easyparcel, I had to go thru Easyparcel to settle the issues. However, the customer support at Easyparcel is terrible, with the agents taking a long time to respond and providing very low-level responses. At the end of the day, the issue was not rectified and I had to re-book another courier on my own, outside of EasyParcel. 2. Unable to withdraw credits purchased I had also bought some credits on Easyparcel but realised that if you want to close your account, Easyparcel does not allow you to withdraw your credits. So, buy your credits at your own risk.

I like the fact that it give me all the available couriers for me to compare the rates and types of services. Plus, all the steps are very straight forward especially to book a shipment to send internationally within few minutes really impressed me!

The sender Arkady communicated with me and rearranged for my parcel to be delivered the Next day when i was at home. instead of just leaving the parcel at my doorstep like other couriers, and risking theft. Excellent Service!

When I checked with them they say I must reply by the same day 6pm whether to return the parcels at my own cost, or they will dispose my parcels! When contacted, Easyparcel initially tried to push the responsibility to me, then later keep pushing to the delivery company. As if they don’t have any responsibility at all. It is later found that the delivery has stopped due to an outdated information, in which they thought the item I sent is prohibited by custom. In actual fact it is not. Already paid the full amount. Despite not providing the delivery service by mistake, Eastparcel has refused any refund.

Delivery is fast and the driver even called me to make sure I was around to receive the items, but I was at work. He even checked with my brother and make sure he delivered the correct items.
