Great car rental company. Despite the reviews I saw on Google I decided to go with them because the staff I spoke to were so friendly and was more than willing to answer my endless questions lol. I rented a car from them, I think it was a Honda Civic, it was very nice even though there a few scratches here and there but what can you expect? The staff gave me wonderful recommendations, in fact there were so many models I had to google them to see what I liked, (lol I didn’t know they could show pictures if you asked for it) they showed me the pictures after I asked about the rates, automatically. They accept even one day car rentals which is really great because many places don’t. The car I got drove excellent and never once did it cause me any problem.

First time renting a Honda Fit from EAZI Car rental. Had a wonderful experience, the staff there, Jane was super nice and friendly and was patient as well. They have reasonable price. The car was well maintained, the staff really vacuumed every interior of the car and the aircon was solid. Will definitely be back whenever I would want to rent. Looking forward to my next experience with them! 100% recommended to anyone who wants to rent. No regrets promise!

Not a honest company based on my experience. Booked though drive sg. When i booked the picture shown newer model Jazz, but given old version jazz ( very old models, i believe more than 12 years old model) Complain to the company ( eazi car leasing) and they reply that the price i paid is for older model and asked me to please check your T&C. If the car not available then we ought to give same model. I aware of same models T&C, but you are MISSLEADING people buy advertise using newer model picture. Other company honestly advertise using old model. return the car earlier cause some problem with this "OLD" car : 1. The ERP cannot accept 2 of my cash card and i need to buy new one. It keep saying error 2. When you drive the car, the car all the sudden can jump like out of gas and feel like will shutdown. That happen when we are in 60-80 km speed. Very dangerous and happen 4 times in our rental. I understand if you said providing same class if not available. but you should not advertise using newer picture model and give older version. If you see other vendor they are fair cause they advertise using old version of jazz.

Absolute scam. Car was returned by an additional driver. Instead of taking money from the deposit and issuing an official receipt, they asked for 25$ outside of the deposit. Additionally, they quoted us 50$ for light scratches but instead charged us 100$ for scratches and a dent discovered only *after* we officially handed over the car and did not inform us of it until we realized only half the deposit was returned. Spoke with the boss who was extremely rude, who said stuff like “ If u cannot afford to rent car go buy yourself a car la” and “ U make police report on what ground pls go & ask around when damaged our car no need to pay since u want to be unreasonable I now info u that I will blacklist u in our rental system”.

Cars are cleaned, vacuumed and sanitised for me on the spot. Great rates too, no trouble like from car sharing apps and other companies I've tried. Had a bit of damage caused, but the salespeople were nice to let me off as they say can polish, all good. Will come again ?

No complaints about this place, cars I rented was really great. Tried both new and old cars, and even though they were old cars, they were good enough for me, if I expect better quality I would go for the newer cars. Saw the reviews here but didn't care for it, rented from them since 2020 CB period, have since become their regular customer, they willingly give discounts for regular customers and staff is so easy to talk to. Jay and Jane were both great people to liase with, even when I text late at night or weekends they also reply. Even tho they closed on weekends, they still come back when I need car, so nice! Honestly, tried many companies, decided to go for them because I live near their office (they have since moved to Kaki bukit). But so far this company is now my go-to.

Just rented a Honda Fit on 16 March. I'm a completely new driver, for them to trust me with their car is such a surprise! Hassle free, explanation and questions asked are all answered patiently. A very good service by Jay! Really sanitise and clean before handover. Very very happy for their service! Will rent again from them!

Do not rent from this company. I have been renting on & off from them for the past 15 years. When recently the car that i rented from them, the air con broke down. Pure cheater, expecting the renter to fix the air con. Even before renting the car from them, i told them to fix the car as i have a 4 month old baby on board. When SG & M'SIA border re-open, i rented the vehicle from them after so long i have not rented. I only rent when i wanted to drive to Malaysia. As everyone knows that Malaysia roads are not well lighted, especially the trunk road, the National Federal Road. I rented the Toyota Allion, headlights was very poor, next, rented their Toyota Estima, same.. Recently, on the 18th June, i rented their Toyota Previa, this is all where it started. As you can see from the photos of the headlights, i send them a video, they did not even reply nor call me back to justify the matter. After 4 days of driving the vehicle, somewhere in Pahang heading towards Muadzam Shah, the air con shut down. Called them, i was told to pump in the air con gas. The next day i brought the car in Segamat, to check for the air con breakdown, as i have suspected, the air con compressor was not working. Called the lady by the name of Jane, explaining to her that the car air con compressor has died off. She keeps on pressuring me to pump in the air con gas, and she won't even listen to your problems that their car has a problem. While i was about to change the air con compressor, Jane said, if i change, there is no reimbursement. Pure cheater, making a renter fix their car, while the rentee enjoys their profit. Their way to fix their car is, gave the customer a vulnerable car that will brwkdown soon, they don't even care if you have small kids travelling with you. It is only all about profitting in their mind set. They don't care if you got rob when the vehicle is not safe to drive when the car breaks down. This is what they will do to you. I would suggest, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SCAM.. and.. EAZI CAR, if you are reading this.. DO NOT DELETE.. I HAVE SCREEN SHOT this review, so that every single person will not be your next victim. Photos below are.. left is they claim low beam headlight, can you see the percentage of low beam headlight? This lady 'JANE' can even tell me the car is high, i have drive a class 4 vehicle, which is higher? On the right is high beam headlight.. the high beam headlight did not even manage to reflect the front car side mirror from my nearly 20 years of driving experience.
