EC Family Clinic

EC Family clinic had re-located to block 8 Eunos Crescent #01-2677 Postal code 400008 - 2 storey shophouse. Location of clinic is just behind block 7 Eunos Crescent - first corner coffee shop and behind the bus-stop. EC family clinic is a general practitioner clinic. The owner and house doctor is Dr. Heng Kuan Yong. A friendly and caring doctor. Consultation depends on what needs to be consulted and charges applies. For general public and holders of CHAS CARD charges ARE Different. Dr. Heng normally arrived at his clinic by 10am from Mondays to Sundays. Clinic opens at 9.30am fir registration. Doctor Heng usually arrived at his clinic at 10am. Patients needs to queue to register to get a queue number from the clinic counter before seeing Doctor Heng. Patients needs to wait at least 30 mins. Before the next patient can be call in for consultation. Queue number do jumped ìf the next patient's queue number is not at the clinic and his/her queue number will be given to the next available patient. Patients in the queue must be patience. Please give at least 2 hours after you get your queue number ftom the clinic counter after registration. Queue numbers uses a system like the polyclinic number system. For example: When walk-in patient arrived at the clinic. They will be registered first by the counter staff. The number given will be the time that patient came in. Let say 10.15am. That number will be 1015. Wait for your number to be call before entering the consultation room. Patients waiting for their medicine after consultation need to give at least 30 mins to 45 mins. before being call. Kindly don't crowd and block the consultation room entrance The counter staff are: Staff nurse Gan (male nurse) fulltime. The other 2 staff are part time staff. Service are ok. * No rude counter staff. *Only rude patients. BUT Patients must have time to wait as its patients are many and depends on what time patients arrived before the next patient. For patients that had finished their consultation and collection of their medication. Gives about 30 mins to 45 mins for the self collection. Morning consultation session starts at 10am and ends at 12.30pm. Late afternoon session starts at 4pm to 6.30pm. Normally the caring doctor will extents the clinic opening time. Kindly call the clinic from 9.30am to enquire. Every persons must wear the 3 ply surgical face mask with a Bacterial Filration Efficency (BFE) of between 95% to 99% breathable FACE MASK that covers the nose to under the chin and NOT the 3 ply protection face mask, 1 ply cosmetic (colorful face mask) that offer no protection against viruses and bacteria. Please be a responsible and considerate person and don't sit so closed together. At this new location at block 8 Eunos Crescent #01-2677 Singapore 400008. On the Second floor of this unit housed a refreshment lounge. Free beverages for patients such as Milos, coffee and tea can be self serve.

The clinic moved to new location. It is near by at block 8 alone Jalan Eunos road. Please note Doc Heng is a Old school Tamiya RC guy. ⭐️⭐️

Came at 11am. Receptionist asked me to come back at 1430 and details was taken down. Came back at 1435… end up still need to queue with the afternoon crowd… should have told me earlier then I will go to another clinic. Wasted my 2 hrs of wait and come back to wait even longer.

If you are wondering the authenticity of the negative reviews, you can have my words those were true. There are not much patients but you can expect a long waiting time. There is no queue system so you have no idea how long to wait. Was advised there are 4 pax in front but ended up more than 7 patient went in and I am still waiting. Fyi: 5:26pm: still waiting

Reception open and close whenever they like. The doctor comes and goes throughout the operating hour and keep all the patient waiting. Not my 1st encounter, the only good thing about this clinic is the doctor is very knowledgeable.

One of the male staff (very short hair like monk) looks very bored, didn't even give me clear instructions and just asked me to wait after giving me a queue number, and walked out of the clinic. I thought he was going to do swab test for me, turns out he went to buy green tea. Waited 20 mins outside, went back in to ask the counter staff about the waiting time. They actually grinned and laughed, saying that doctor was late. Asked me to come back in 1 hour. Best service ever :)

Very bad waiting time. Was told by clinic to come at 9am. But 9.45am doc is still not here.. ridiculous long waiting time. Will not let my helper do her 6me here anymore. Was not being inform of the waiting time ahead. Go at your own risk or if you have a lot of spare time waiting. It’s waiting for more than 2hrs to do a 6me. Tell me if anyone is that free to wait for a doc 2hrs? There are many clinics around in the east
