★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and myself visited today 5 mins before our booking slots. Waited for an hour exactly. Were there hundreds of people? No. Simply they are terribly slow. It's our bad that we decided to purchase the express option, which is about 3 times more expensive than the usual, but the receptionist kind of threatened us by making us feel so worried at that moment about the time that the test result comes out. Nowhere takes more than 12 hours to send out results nowadays, but the receptionist kinda pushed to do the express one. Errr!! Never go there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an express PCR service costing more than $200 and with appointment. Shocked to see the queue and that everyone has an appointment apparently. Quite obvious is a case of super overbooking or something is very wrong. On the good note, the recept/clinic assistant is very apologetic.
