beautiful new building with basement carpark. made an appt online before going, dr saw us almost immediately after registration and the requisite blood pressure checking. dr eden tay was attentive in listening to what my mother had to say about her knee pain, and took time to explain patiently (in mandarin) about her diagnosis and his plan for management. overall a very good experience today at this polyclinic from the patient care assistants, to the dr, and the radiology staff.

Got prescription from home visit doctor for my mother's medication. Came here on Monday afternoon to get medication. Registered at pharmacy and waited more than 30mins. Only a few patients and all those who came after me already got called and left. My number was called for payment and the staff asked if I already got my medications. I said no and ask why i waited so long when everyone else already left. The staff checked and walked to the other side to talk with colleagues. At this moment i know they must have missed out my number. Waited another 15mins and asked again, telling the staff that my mother is alone in the house and has fall precautions. Finally got my medications after waiting about 50mins.

I’m a covid patient. I’m staying in Eunos. I went to Eunos polyclinic at 11.34 A.M. Thet asked me whether I’m having app or not. From yesterday I try to book app. Only slot available on 22 July. She said ok. Let me check with them. After she come back she told me sorry we closed at 11.30. You come back at 1.45. I told her only 4 minutes late you ask me to come back. She said sorry you come back. They don’t care abt the patients. Worst service. Feeling very bad

Bright and clean ambience polyclinic. Staffs were friendly and attentive. It was my first visit Euno polyclinic for dental care. During the dental check up dentist- Dr Erica Chee and Dental assistant Ms Da Robiah provided competent care and patience on me throughout the whole session. I appreciate their services immensely. Will come back for the next appointment again.

A SOLID 5 STARS EXPERIENCE !!!! Well organised. Attentive and Polite staff members. Doctor that attended to me was caring and displayed pleasant demeanour. Ambience is somewhat similar to a Hotel visit. Infrastructure is High Tech and easy to navigate. Total time spent was 1.5 hours. From sign in to payment. It was a Breeze. Good Job Eunos Polyclinic.

This is the latest addition to the Singhealth Group. Just newly opened, it probably explained why I could make an online appointment easily at about 7.45am. 8.50am slots were available but I picked a later slot. If you drive, do note the nearest public carpark is the service road (parallel parking only) along Changi Road which can be entered from Changi Road or Telok Kurau Road. However, lots will be very limited as there are businesses in operation along the service road. Alternatives include Lor 108 Changi and along Changi Road on the side of Parc Esta. There is a large drop off/pick up point adequateoy sheltered from the elements. You check in at the entrance before self-registering at a koisk or a manned counter for newcomers. Consultations are on level 3. Plenty of lifts in this new building which is a big plus considering Tampines, Pasir Ris and Marine Parade Polyclinics. Low footfall meant that it was quick to see the doctor, the seats were adequate and there was hardly a wait at the pharmacy (level 2). Self registration at the pharmacy using the initial registration slip is so easy. Staff were all very polite. Keep up the good work!

New and high tech polyclinic with professional and attentive staff. Love the paperless communications (online appointment, sms, healthy buddy app, kiosk payment). Good location with wide spaces in waiting rooms. Very well-thought design. ?
