โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic after service. I would like to highlight specifically Hanyang (promotor) and Segar (technical specialist) who helped me with my water dispenser problems. Hanyang took the time to attend to my case even though as a promotor, he didn't need to. Segar patiently listened to the details of my case (I mentioned that the system was dropped during installation and there were weird sounds coming from the system thereafter, which I had enquired about but did not pursue during the warranty period) and did the necessary repairs in under half an hour. Very professional services rendered. I wish them and Hyflux all the best
