Hairdresser did not follow my instructions; specifically told her that the shortest part of the fringe has to be long enough so that its touching the eyebrow, but she cut it around one inch shorter. so now the shortest part of my fringe is in the middle of my forehead, which is precisely what i did NOT want. well done for not understanding your customer's needs, perhaps because you were chatting with your colleague the whole time? to be fair i had a good experience here before, so perhaps its just this particular staff.

As usual chain, fast and efficient service. But, the problems with the shop must be turn over of hair stylist and improper standard. Different Hair Stylist different method even in same hair design. I always been there because convenience and near to my location. Last few days, the stylist was young and not in presentable. I understand newbie and need to train. But, He is impatient , rough and the worst things is he didn't see how is the outcome of customer hair. He just doing his job and didn't care how the customer look like. Cleaning of the hair also wasn't throughout. there are so many hair stick on my neck and inside. Hope this will be last visit .

Terrible! Was at the outlet at Lot 1, CCK on 2 Aug, about 2pm. Was 2nd in the que, went to toilet and came came back to see someone taken my slot in que. Hairdresser did not bother who came first, and didn’t even inform that he will not let me maintain my spot in que. Simply unbelievable!!!?

Fringe was full or uneven length and holes after cutting . Bad experience!

This place ruined my hair like bruh, i have school in 2 days!!! Now i have a new insecurity and im stressing out cause my hair looks like my grandma cut it cause it is HORRIBLE ???? I NEED SOMEONE TO FIX MY HAIR PLS I JUST WANTED A SHOULDER LENGTH LAYERED WOLFCUT ?????

I brought my old age dad who is on wheelchair to EC House at Lot One shopping Mall (#03-03) today (6/1/22) at about 2pm, intend to have a hair cut for my dad. There was this Malay family( young parents and 2 kids) who are in the queue; 2 female barbers were serving another 2 customers in the barber shop; while I pushed my dad to join the queue behind the Malay family, the two barbers looked out and kept staring at us unfriendly, one of them walked out and asked me whether my dad will be sitting on the wheelchair to have the hair cut? I said yes as he is disabled to move, immediately she said they are not able to serve my dad as bending low is difficult to them! I Stunned and she walked back to her shop; a while later she walked out again and asked me to come back tomorrow! I was very very disappointed to the way they treat their potential customer in this rude and unfriendly way! Refused to provide service to a disabled old man is really an unacceptable behavior! They are so inconsiderate and harsh! In fact, this is not the first time they are being rude to their customer! The previous time we visited, one lady (not sure whether was the same lady) who cut hair for my dad at this same barber shop (EC House at Lot One) , also very unfriendly and rude to my dad! I will never never go to EC House at Lot One any more! Terrible attitude to old people! Don't forget you will also get old one day!!! (Reminder to these two female barbers)
