Worst customer service. Literally just ended the phone call with one of their employees who kept snapping rudely at me for asking about their product I'm about to buy tomorrow. It's not like I'm getting it for free. Terrible.

Giving one star because I can't give zero. Very poor customer service, very poor communication, very unreliable. I emailed them about a product, as their webpage instructs customers to "Email us for a special quote: ENQUIRY NOW! (sic)" They did not reply the email, so I called them a few days later to enquire about the product. They quoted me a wonderful price and I expressed interest, even though they said it would come by sea ("It will take a few weeks... dunno when," they said.) I was willing to wait since the price they quoted was good. They asked me to email them to confirm my interest, which I did. No reply again. One month later (since the product is coming by sea), I call them to see if the product is in and they quote me a price 30% higher than their original quote, completely denying their original quote. The staff was not apologetic for any miscommunication/change of mind/mistake that he might have made earlier. No attempt at service recovery for an already very poor experience they've provided.

Bit nervous about purchasing given previous reviews but could not have had better service. Comms were excellent, went out of the way to deliver in a timely manner and spend time to ensure that we understood the machine. Follow up questions have been answered very quickly and even had courtesy comms to make sure machine was working as expected. Would fully recommend as equipment supplier
