β β β β β Function room bbq pits can only be use once a month per condo unit. Cannot teach kids play kick scooter in the fairground. Not a very friendly place. Nice to see but cannot make use of the facillities..dissapointed with far east management..not a place for home,. Ok for short stay.

β β β β β I agree with previous reviews. There is an infestation of cockroaches (seemingly across all the buildings), yet management does nothing to help. They simply suggest to block your doors wwith a towel to prevent the roaches from entering rooms...how ridiculous is that?
The units were poorly finished by construction company, so pests easily enter apartments through gaps in plumbing. Avoid buying or renting this units!!!

β β β β β Not a very friendly place. Guards are usually rude and inconsistent. One of the worst place iβve stayed only maybe swimming pools are a plus with ok ambience. Not very family friendly too. Has a very small gym would rather they not have it.

β β β β β This is a severe complaint regarding the conduct of the male Chinese security guard on station in front of Block 273 on 28th September 2021 7.10 p.m.
Incident:
I was a visitor to Eco Condo, my destination was Block 273. The guard PURPOSELY MISLED ME and said, quote, "BLOCK 273 is inside, drive inside, 2 blocks beside the rubbish dump". After I drove inside, I encountered another security guard who told me that Block 273 is where I came just now (entrance).
What makes me angry was as I exited the building, he tried to make fun of me by saying "having hard time finding block 273?"
Please check before more pranks lead to any serious incidents.

β β β β β A 748 units Lifestyle condominium consisting of SOHO (home base office block), suites, townhouse & condominium living completed in Feb 2017. eCo friendly with plenty of greenery, koi pond, board walk, gym, pool, infinity roof top pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, bbq pavillion & car parks.
