Okay for regular cuts but I don’t understand why they keep reminding you to top up your account when you still have $20 worth of credits in your membership. The minimum price for top ups is $50 (although they gave one free haircut). They might also upsell other hair packages if you look like you can afford it.

Long time customer. Used to be good. Every cut not say the best but for its price there’s nothing for me to complain about. Member haircut at $3 only. Nowadays cut hair cannot cut in peace. Always got staff trying to upsell. I understand times are bad, but when I politely reject the first time, the staff jus keep trying. Let me just cut hair in peace please.

The salon is very nice; service staff are friendly and professional (mainly Chinese-speaking, take note). However, they do not do good hair colouring. I asked for brown highlights and they simply bleached my hair; now, it is not only orange, but the highlights are very streaky and some of the bleach even leaked, creating horizontal stripes!! Top of the hair is also bad, the colour change is very sudden. Overall looks very unnatural, especially initially (gets slightly better after washing). Tldr go at your own risk - the people are nice, not pushy either, but hair colouring skill is hit and miss.

Membership can be purchased by buying credits($50 first top up for 50 credits and 1 free haircut) Members price basic haircut is only $3. There's a non-members price as well if you don't want to sign up at first. Quality of cut varies slightly by stylist but is generally acceptable. Number of stylists on duty is usually adequate unless a lot of people turn up for hair treatments that take longer. Even, who I can only presume is the boss of the outlet by the Rolex on his wrist, does cuts from time to time and is skilled. They do offer other hair packages at times but I wouldn't consider it hard selling. Most to most you'd just have to decline a few times. Prices for packages are also very competitive. They've been around for a number of years and have quite a few branches around Singapore. Edit March 2022: Reduced from 5 stars to 1 star due to an arbitrary price hike for normal member haircuts from $3/coins to $5 that retroactively affects members with existing credits. I had topped up my $50 credit based on it being valid for 16 haircuts but it is now only valid for 10 haircuts. I wrote to ecoin to say that price changes are fine but should only affect users who make new top ups and not those with existing credit and received no reply. I would have continued to top up and use ecoin at the $5 rate if the price increase only applied to new topups but due to this I cannot trust ecoin as nothing is stopping them from subsequently increasing the price to $7 or $10 and further devaluing member's existing credits. I will no longer be topping up and will stop using ecoin once my existing credit is exhausted. One poor business decision can tarnish your whole reputation. Sadly staff were friendly and polite which makes this 1 star rating harder to give but it is for the business owners, not the outlet.

Cheaper to be member to have a haircut $3 compared to $6 with $50 deposit.Cafull not to be "persuaded" to have hair checked for more services as it is costly and just say No when asked..Alway be vigently.Also they ask for new deposit when your deposit is down to $25.

Went to cut hair, told them to trim about 1.5 cm and even demonstrated with my fingers. Apparently they must’ve thought i only wanted 1.5cm squared of hair on my head.. somehow they’re so cheap but for the quality of services are still overpriced. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS U WANT GO BOTAK FOR NS

Good place to go if you wanna shave bald or get an army cut. Poor place to be when you tell the dude not to do something specifically but he does it any way then tries to fix it and tell you that's the best he can do... And charges you full price. Welp it's cheap so I guess that's what you pay for.
