β β β β β Extremely bad services and skills. Damaged my face big time. Did a pigmentation removal treatment - they burnt my face and left really deep pitted scars (holes, 8 of them + 1 really dark scar) on my face. I went to look for the owner herself but either never replies to my messages or brushes me away. Very bad service.

β β β β β Very bad. I went to the toa payoh branch and the service is very bad because the people there are not friendly and they cannot speak English. They even did not ask what eyebrow style do i want! Then they just thread my eyebrow as they wish. I still remember her name, the girl cut my thick and full eyebrow to a thin eyebrow. And now i'm very disappointed! I mean if she thought that thin eyebrow is good, but that does not mean that everybody wants it right?? Service crew has to deliver information very well and are aware of the customers' needs. For those who cannot speak English, i did not recommend you to come here. Doing business in beauty is about understanding what customers' want.

β β β β β I'm a long time customer of Toa Payoh branch however the quality of work and the lady boss is affecting this business. If she is the one who will do for you..run away. She didn't gave time to clean all remaining short hair cos she was more focused on hard selling their services. I felt I just wasted my money. Gone are the days that I could recommend them to my friends.

β β β β β I was told to walk in for eyebrows and upper lips and no need appointment hwoever after reaching there the lady says have to wait for 30 mins and that too very rudely...if at all there is a waiting then they should have givne me an appointment and not asked me to walk in...and if they have asked me to walk in the they should attend to me and not make me wait. And just to clarify i am a member if this place with about 30-40 session package fully paid ..so if this is thr treatment they do with members not sure how they treat non members. I regret paying up for thr package?

β β β β β Quick stop in the east to get your eye brows shaped, waxing or facials. They also specialise in eyebrow embroidery and other facial treatments. Reasonably priced, clean and neat and friendly staff. Not a fancy place where you would go to have a relaxing facial.
