★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lessons at Economics@Tuition Genius has always been enjoyable for me, as Mr Toh was able to relate dry economic theories to real time examples which made the subject really interesting to explore (: He often broke down complex concepts such that they became simple to understand and important points were highlighted upon, aligning us in a more productive direction. Beyond his effective teaching methods, Mr Toh is also a very dedicated teacher who takes a lot of effort in guiding his students. He prepares extra materials for each lesson and conducts additional classes to enhance our Economics knowledge. Closer to examination periods, He further analysed A Level pattern trends to narrow down the areas of focus for students. Overall, I had a smooth learning curve for this subject and I really have to thank Mr Toh for my A grade! (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welfare always come first under Mr Toh's teaching, he will ensure that we are able to study in the most conducive environment with snacks, gifts and even attractive rewards to constantly encourage us to work hard! Furthermore, he will always go the extra mile to ensure that we understand the basic concepts before moving on.
One thing I feel I have an advantage over my peers is the ability to link economic concepts to real life examples because Mr Toh's lessons are always filled with many applicable examples that can help to enhance and beef up our essays. He will always use these examples to help us better understand the concepts behind it.
When nearing the As, Mr Toh's predictions on the A level questions are usually spot on and he will ensure that we are especially well prepared for the questions that he predicted. And I did improve from a C/D grade to an A in A levels. So if you were to ask me if Mr Toh's lessons were useful, I will definitely give a big 'YES!'
