More harm and trauma is done in my experience, without recourse or compensation, at the challenge of quantifying 'mental damages' done. Hardselling, blackbox NLP, and blindly following a cult-esque doctrine.

Asiaworks have very commited people and are constantly getting people to recruit more members. It works very similarly to a pyramid structure with cult like similarities in my own perspective. There were many people proclaiming that their courses changed their lives but it was difficult for me to believe so . Their courses are exorbitant and they coerce you subtly to go for more courses and even more. Once you get started, they'll get you into more. My friend initially joined it and loved it but when she wanted to quit , she faced a negative experience as people were very unhappy and persistently try to get her back in. The courses can be great for some but I would have second thoughts. Consider carefully. They have common faqs in their site about whether they are MLM, cult or new age religion. They may deny it but it being in the FAQs brings up the questionable nature of its business. You do not need the course to become better or more successful, life will teach you through experiences and there are no short cuts through courses like this.
