There was a mistake on 2 orders and feedback to the Seller but she did not feel it is her negligence for not checking properly instead the Seller's aggressively speak at a fast and rude tone and insist it is the buyer's fault during our phone conversations feedback.
Poor customer service is a sure-fire to destroy custimer loyalty. One bad experience.
